Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The best staff ever The folks at this hotel will go the extra mile, just mention your needs and the answers will be very helpful. I enjoyed the stay. It was great to have breakfast at a 24 hour restaurant nearby - I do prefer a 4:00 AM breakfast and this was there for me. The hotel is in a quiet spot just behind the more expensive HI Express and yet very close to many restaurants. The Mexican restaurant recommended for dinner (one of many restaurant options recommended) was a highlight of my stay and very economical for seafood or any of their great food. I had a mobility suite just because it was the only room available. I like it and I can tell you if you do need a mobility suite,I can say it is plenty wide and quite nice. September 16, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Roswell 0723 I usually look for a hotel that serves free breakfast so I booked this hotel online as it showed to provide a Denny's voucher on their website. When I mentioned the Denny's voucher, the staff commented they were no longer handing them out. Didn't even try to accomodate me with anything to make up for the fact that it was the simple reason I booked it. On my way out I had forgotten to pick up my hotel bill so I called the front desk at 8:00 PM on 26 July to get a receipt emailed and the staff member said they weren't allowed to. When I asked why, since there was no PII, she changed her tone and said she would. 4 hours later, I called again since I really didn't expect her to do it, thank goodness a professional gentleman was kind enough to help. He made all the difference in the world, which is why you will find that my overall experience turned out to be very pleasant. Thank you for going out of your way. July 28, 2014

I know suites have kitchens in them but for travelers like us just passing through i don't want to go shopping for breakfast items and would be nice if breakfast was an option. July 28, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Clean facility; disappointed in "upgrade" This facility was clean and well kept as expected from the pictures I saw online when booking. It was great to have the kitchen in the room, and the room was comfortable until it came to sleeping. Had I received the room I booked, I anticipate that I would have given 5 stars for the experience. However, my room with 2 queen beds was "upgraded" (due to inavailability) to a suite with a king bed and a hide-a-bed (the size of a double bed.) That made comfortable sleeping for 2 of us, and discomfort all around for my teenage children on the couch and the floor (as there wasn't room for 2 on the hide-a-bed.) So disappointing! I booked a week in advance to avoid any issues in finding the right kind of room for us. The price was great here, but I would have paid a little more elsewhere to have gotten the right room for our needs. Unfortunately, I booked without the option for a refund. I'll think twice before doing that again! July 28, 2014
