I usually look for a hotel that serves free breakfast so I booked this hotel online as it showed to provide a Denny's voucher on their website. When I mentioned the Denny's voucher, the staff commented they were no longer handing them out. Didn't even try to accomodate me with anything to make up for the fact that it was the simple reason I booked it.
On my way out I had forgotten to pick up my hotel bill so I called the front desk at 8:00 PM on 26 July to get a receipt emailed and the staff member said they weren't allowed to. When I asked why, since there was no PII, she changed her tone and said she would. 4 hours later, I called again since I really didn't expect her to do it, thank goodness a professional gentleman was kind enough to help. He made all the difference in the world, which is why you will find that my overall experience turned out to be very pleasant. Thank you for going out of your way.

Great hotel only thing that would have been perfect if breakfast would be included. I know suites have kitchens in them but for travelers like us just passing through i don't want to go shopping for breakfast items and would be nice if breakfast was an option.

This facility was clean and well kept as expected from the pictures I saw online when booking. It was great to have the kitchen in the room, and the room was comfortable until it came to sleeping. Had I received the room I booked, I anticipate that I would have given 5 stars for the experience. However, my room with 2 queen beds was "upgraded" (due to inavailability) to a suite with a king bed and a hide-a-bed (the size of a double bed.) That made comfortable sleeping for 2 of us, and discomfort all around for my teenage children on the couch and the floor (as there wasn't room for 2 on the hide-a-bed.) So disappointing! I booked a week in advance to avoid any issues in finding the right kind of room for us. The price was great here, but I would have paid a little more elsewhere to have gotten the right room for our needs. Unfortunately, I booked without the option for a refund. I'll think twice before doing that again!

The staff was friendly and always greeted me with smile and a message such as have a good day or welcome back. One night the desk person offered freshly baked cookies.

I had not stayed at the Candlewood Roswell in over 2 years. To me, the rates had increased , and I could receive the same amenities , cleanliness and a cheaper rate from other competitors in town. Due to several large events in town the weekend of 18-19 July, Candlewood was the only hotel available with room on that weekend. It has gone down in quality since my last stay. Some of the things wrong with it:
- Too noisy in room above and in the hallways.
- Bathroom not clean with hair from previous occupant around commode.
- Room looks used and too dark.
- Utensils in drawer unclean, disgusting, with used food on knives.
- Workout room, treadmills not operating correctly.
- Printer in business room broken and needed service. I complained to the front desk associate and they did nothing but look at it and confirmed it was broken. No follow up, no placing sign , or turning off the printer . I was not the only one who could not print tickets to catch a flight when leaving . Very inconvenient.
Overall, this use to be a great hotel to stay in Roswell, Convenient location . However, it has gone down the road of an overpriced Days Inn or equivalent . Its the little things that seem to be neglected . The management needs to be diligent about making sure everything works and rooms are clean. Also, a new makeover is needed to brighten up the room.

Enjoyable stay. Room was right size and really enjoyed the kitchen size. You get a full refrigerator and lots of cabinets. The coffee pot works rather well.

over all stay was fine, front area (curbing) is akward for loading/unloading due to only one ramp on left when exiting lobby

The staff were all very polite and professional.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The wifi service was lousy. I could get a signal on my iPad when I was in the lobby, but could not access the internet from room 316. Had to use the computer downstairs to get my email.
