Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not fancy but fine This is a Holiday Inn Express and if your expectations are aligned with that, you'll love it. Clean and spacious room, helpful staff, pool and hot tub, reliable internet, a small fitness room, a secure garage - a great value for the price. I see in other reviews some concern about the neighborhood; while this is certainly not a destination neighborhood, it is convenient, and I felt completely safe. 20 November 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice facility I had a very nice stay at this property. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and informative. I was awakened one night by the front desk calling and asking me to turn my TV down but it wasn't on. I was sound asleep so I would ask that in the future the staff could investigate a little before making calls and waking people up. I had a very early wake up that morning so I was not very pleased. Other than that, everything was fine and I was in the room before dark. I would stay here again. 19 November 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Free Breakfast and Clean room I wanted to stay at a location close to my work's El Segundo office. I like eating a good hot breakfast in the morning to help hold me over until lunch time. The breakfast variety is good, albeit, not as hot as I would have liked. Most items where slightly warm or at room temperature. The breakfast tables needed to be wiped down more frequently with a damp towel, as the table that was available was clear of dishes and utensils, but had smeared food left on it. It would appear that I place a relatively high priority on breakfast and I do. Because I'm usually so busy during the day that I routinely work through lunch time and don't eat again until dinner time. My room was clean. Only a couple of small annoyances were noted. 1st, the alarm clock was in need of replacement (face missing, unable to tell if current time was AM or PM for alarm clock setting). But I got it to work anyway. 2nd, the Televisions remote control was a universal-type model and I was unable to access some functionalities (like sleep timer). 19 November 2014
