Rated 4.1 out of 5 by 48 reviewers.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Overpriced Overpriced lounge: $160 for five beers and a club sandwich. Completely mediocre breakfast not the level of a five star hotel. Cold room with intermittent heaters. 15 October 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to be - professional Best choice for female business travellers, safe, courtesy, got great service when dining alone; professional staff, business people oriented; perfect for business meetings, interviews, quick formal business lunches; and to relax a great fitness and spa area. even if you have to stay longer - a place you can rely on. 12 October 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Downgraded without notice I booked and paid for a Club room but was downgraded to an ordinary room without notice. When I discovered that my room was not on the Club floor and complained to the reception, the staff at the reception desk, Yuri, in particular, insisted that there were no difference between the Club rooms and the ordinary rooms.Although I was given a credit of 15,000 club point as compensation after complaining to the General Director, this matter should not have happened at all. The General Director did offer me various options including upgrading to a suite, which I declined as I'd already unpacked and was going to bed at the material time; a complimentary dinner which I also declined as I'd already eaten, and a refund of half of the room rate paid, but I thought was not possible at the time as it was a pre-paid rate. However, I only found out at check-out that the room had not been charged. Yet the General Director knew nothing about at all. At check out, I was unfortunate enough to be served by Yuri who insisted that the hotel was doing its best (obviously for the hotel but not for the customer) at the material time?! 07 October 2014
