Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Hotel but Services Lacked This is a beautiful property and the remodel improvements are wonderful. The beds/pillows are very comfortable. However, some of the issues outweigh this. The internet service is pathetic. it is unusable and it was not just us but other guests in the hotel were also talking about it. If you are Ambassador members, don't expect some of the same services you get at other properties. This hotel follows the program only even though they could go beyond as other properties do. It is clear they want people to pay for upgraded rooms services and not give them out. It would be nice to have more English speaking TV stations. There were only 3 - 5 and most were news stations. 26 March 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Facility With Excellent Staff. I was very pleased with this hotel. The staff were excellent. They are incredibly friendly and helpful, willing to assist you with the smallest request. From the bell staff to the concierge to the front desk people to the restaurant and bar staff, everything is done in a fast, efficient, courteous manner. You are not treated like you are just another number. A special mention goes to Refugio, a server that we met in the hotel restaurant one morning at breakfast. He took care of us for breakfast on three occasions. He was a genuinely nice guy that did everything efficiently with a great sense of humour. Always with a smile on his face. He even gave me some table side Spanish lessons for free which was greatly appreciated. :) Thanks Refugio you made my stay ! 25 March 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding service and facilities We have been guests at the Presidente Itercontnental Resort for over 10 years and enjoyed every minute of our stays. We keep returning because of the charm and comfort of the hotel and the outstanding staff and management who maintain a beautiful resort that radiates a calm and comfortable atmosphere with quality service. The staff is always cordial, friendly and prepared to assist in every way making us feel very at ease. The beach is a "Bit of Paradise" and is one of the best in the area tended by servers who are ready to take care of your needs. The sand is soft and raked so that it keeps a neat and manicured appearance. We found our rooms to be meticulously maintained with chocolates left on the beds at night. Recent renovations have created a lobby that is unpretentious and beautiful with casual seating and plants through out. Every time we have arrived at the hotel we have been greeted by welcoming attendants to assist us with luggage and registration. So many employees have gone out of their way to make us feel comfortable, from the front desk , the beach and pools and at the Club Room. Most of all we have noticed over the years an upgrading of the resorts appearance, service and staff training that deserves accolades. We will be back again. 24 March 2015

Room: Amazing view, brand new rooms, so big and comfortable bed. The beach: amazing one and superb service. This is the place to be and feeling like home! Good job Nathalie! 21 March 2015
