Le Lotus

The hotel overwater gourmet restaurant, Le Lotus, is located in a dream like setting near the san bottom swimming pool, revealing a beautiful view of Moorea. In this elegant and intimate atmosphere, guests can enjoy our gourmet menus and Marc Haeberlin specialties, rated three stars by the Michelin guide. Open daily for lunch and dinner, except sunday evenings. The restaurant will be closed from January 2nd, 2013 through January 16th, 2013 to proceed with annual repairs and maintenance.

The "Tiare" with its open show kitchen is the heart of the ground floor level of the hotel, looking out over the stage, infinity pool and waterfalls and the spectacular silhouette of the mountains of Moorea. The decor style is authentically Tahitian and it's here that the dinner shows take place on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. The menu is extensive and the ranges are from light snacks and healthy salads to fresh fish specialities and specially selected meats from New Zealand.

Tiki Bar

Our main bar, located close to the “Tiare” restaurant, is a popular rendez-vous for locals too, par ticularly for its evening musical enter tainment. This is where you can sip your favorite beverage or tr y an exotic tropical concoction ser ved in a pineapple or coconut shell as you watch the sun drop behind the peaks of Moorea. There is a warm welcoming feeling under its pandanus roof and car ved Polynesian tiki posts. Live music: wednesday through sunday.

Bar Le Lotus

Nowhere on the island but in Le Lotus can you swim up to the bar, take a seat and cool off with a beer or soft drink without ever leaving the water. Tropical cocktails and freshly squeezed island fruit juices are the featured attractions, but there’s a refreshing drink for everyone in the sand-bottomed infinity pool. Of course, landlubbers are also welcome in the relaxed bar environs.
