    Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 A beauty! Impressive hotel, great and convenient location and friendly helpful staff all the way. Can't fault the room and the bathroom is to die for. I stayed with my 2 children (14 and 10 yos) and was charged additional fee for the 3rd person though no extra bed given. I thought our combination (1A,2C) would be equivalent to hotel's standard of 2A and 1C with usage of existing bed. Thought complimentary breakfast should be provided to 2 pax per room instead of just 1 Adult in my case. Other than that, I'm happy with everything else 26 December 2014
    Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Poor bell desk service We requested for luggage pick ups in advanced, to be exact, a night before pick up schedule. The next day, at 11 am, our requested pick up time, no one came to our room. at 11.30 am, still no one came and we decided to call the instant service number. We asked her to please send someone to pick up our luggages as soon as possible. She told us someone will be right up. We waited again till 12 noon and still no one came up to help with our luggages. So we went down to the front desk and asked them again whether someone could help us with our luggages or should we bring it down ourselves. Finally, about 10-15 minutes later, our luggages was picked up by the bell desk clerks. 26 December 2014
