Excelente actitud, profesionalismo y cortesía cálida, no la típica estudiada de hoteles de cierto prestigio. Los restaurantes del hotel son de primer nivel, tanto el Rodizio brasileño como el de Pastas, me resultaron gratamente agradables, finos sin pretendida exageración y buen equilibrio en la elaboración de los platos.     Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by 2nd opportunity not very impressive This was a make up stay or second opportunity for the staff of this hotel and the intercontinental hotel family to regain my trust as a client after the horrible experienced I had the last time I stayed at this hotel some months ago. The trip started kind of good, the clerk that check me in was very polite and noticed in my profiled that I am a frequent guess at many of your properties. I give him a good review the highlight of the entire trip. The room was clean but the housekeeper not always pick up all of the residues around like empty water bottles or cans etc. I also remember that I locked my keys in the room, one of the front desk supervisor attend me and I felt like criminal in the way and tone he was verifying who I was while I understand that he needs to do that for safety and security reasons. Your tone and approach is something you can manage much like the clerk who check me in. Service at the restaurant was fair, at breakfast asked for ketchup every morning and had to wait several minutes with no ketchup coming. One of the days I was running late and left my breakfast on the table. Got used to eat cold eggs since they could not get it right. Something I do not look forward to do in the future. The credit card terminals never worked in more than two occasions I had to walked to the kitchen after I was embarrassed in front of other guest because they say my credit card was declined. Only to go to a wired terminal and the card passing through with no issues. Disappointed about the most essential quality of a hotel the customer service. On a good note the addition to the sauna and redecoration of the gym are total A+ to me and I think the hotel should advertised more than they do. I suggest that there is consistent service to serve the clients. Sometimes you get a robe and towels other times you do not get anything and then the person disappear. Overal it was a fair visit and to be honest while a little better than the last time you come up short not sure I will use this hotel next time. Maybe is time to give the competition a chance they seem to have it together a bit more at least I know that I will be valued as a client. A disappointed platinum level member. 20 November 2014
