Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 103 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First Time at Strings Hotels Initially I was wondering if I was going to enjoy staying at the Strings Hotel since I was getting lost trying to find the lobby/registration which is on the 26th floor of the building. Once I finally made it there with my luggage, the experience was well worth the frustration of initially finding my way there. Service was excellent through and through my nine night stay. I only had a few nits: I worked out in the early morning daily and it was way too cold in the fitness room; felt the hotel room could be more efficient with more drawer space and less mirror and faux closet space; same breakfast items daily just moved around to different stations, would have been nice to have some more variety. As i said these are nits, good location to Shinagawa Station makes this a good choice for me. 23 February 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Had a great stay overall It was a very nice stay overall. In addition to what other people have already written about, the only thing is that it's slight more difficult that it looks to get to the hotel from Shinagawa station. I exited the Konan exit (the correct one) but there was no sign to the hotel (at least I didn't see them). You need to make a right as soon as you exit the Konan exit, and walk through a section of the above-ground walkway. Once you know how to get there it's very easy, but the first time probably took more time than it should have. 22 February 2015
    Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by 一般五星酒店水平 第一次入住這家酒店,入口非常難找,指示不足不夠清晰。其餘部分,各方面不過不失,房間清潔。整體一般,沒有任何驚喜。 20 February 2015
