We recently stayed for 8 days in Sept 2014. 7 days before our daughters wedding and 1 day after. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, the lobby was kept clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchens were a god-send. A big Thank-you to Manager Donnie and Event Coordinator Becky for working with the bride

We had a block of 15 rooms for a recent Wedding. It was an excellent stay at the Staybridge. A first class 5 star weekend. Staff, rooms and amenities were all top notch. We highly would recommend StayBridge to all our friends when traveling.

At 1AM I woke up to my neighbor’s alarm clock going off. After about 10 minutes of lisiting I called the front desk and told the clerk. The clerk expalind that he would take care of it. After another 20 minutes of listening to the alarm clock, I called the front desk again. The clerk again told me he would take care of the nose. At 1:45AM the alarm clock was still going off. I called the front desk for a third time. The front desk clerk answered the phone by saying YES! Obviously he was annoyed that I was calling again. I told him again that the alarm was still going off and I still could not sleep because of the alarm. He then told me that he couldn’t do anything about it and that my room would be discounted. I explained that I needed the sleep more than the discount and again told me he couldn’t do anything about it. The alarm clock finally shut off at 2:00AM and i was able to fall back asleep at 3:30AM, making by 6:00AM wake up very painful. I was very disappointed with way I was treated and even more disappointed with my lack of sleep. The next morning when checking out I received no discount either... I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.
