Comfy king sized bed, very convenient kitchen, great courtyard with grill and tables, and good pool and hot tub. The pullout sofa my son slept on was very uncomfortable, though, and the soap/shampoo was disappointingly hotel-ish. Also would have liked yogurt for breakfast but I didn't see any. Since I paid for the night using ICH points, though, I was totally satisfied.

Loved everything about this hotel except the internet, internet would not stay connected.
Everything else about this hotel is GREAT, VERY cleanvery nice and pet friendly

This is a relatively new hotel, with a great, attentive staff. Very clean, nice space, close to many restaurants. My only complaint is that the pillows were awful, lumpy things. The bed was comfortable outside of the pillow experience, however.

We only spent 7 hours at this hotel but found the staff to be specially helpful and courteous. Room was fine. I might give the room a better rating if we had spent any time other than just six hours sleeping. It was great to have such a nice place to sleep after a very hard day on the road. The free breakfast was very good.

Beautiful building, grounds, Super clean room, hallways, breakfast area. Comfortable bed, linens and towels looked and felt new. More variety on breakfast menu - fruit, cottage cheese, sliced cheese. Coffee was great. Friendly staff.

Arrived at 3:00pm after an eight hour drive. Front desk was a disaster. Staff were running back and forth checking rooms to see which were clean. There was already 3 parties waiting in front of me to check in.
Once we did finally get a room upon opening the door we we immediately hit with a strong cigarette odor.
We returned to the front desk - things had calmed down by then - and informed them of the issue. They found us another room and all was fine from there.
Front desk staff explained that there were issues with the cleaning staff which was causing problems when check in time arrived. Apparently had been going on for a while.
