My family never wanted to leave! The property and room appeared brand new! The kids loved the business center computers, game room, and living room with huge tv! My husband loved the comfortable beds and outside fire pit! I loved the helpful front desk who made reservations for us at Texas Roadhouse complete with discount card. We definetely will be back !

Due to my work, I practictly live in hotels. I can honestly say that this hotel is the greatest of anywhere i have stayed in the world.
A hot breakfast that is far better than the standard waffle and toast of most hotels, and a delicious hot dinner served in the evening.
The staff goes above and beyond to make sure that my stay each time is most comfortable and as most like home as possible.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and i do every chance i get!

After much online research and several calls to this location- (LOVED dealing with Veronica!!!)! we had three rooms reserved for Thanksgiving weekend. We had a slight minor bump with our upgrade but was quickly, professionally, and more than satisfactorily resolved by again- Veronica!! We planned to eat dinner out our first night as were told meatloaf was on the menu, but upon arrival learned it had changed to chicken strips- 9 people were able to avoid leaving the hotel. Our last guest to arrive was told at around 8:10 p.m. that there were no more chicken strips for the night, but a can of soup from the Pantry tided her over until breakfast. (She was so pumped about the room upgrade- this was of minor concern.) One in our party was wandering the halls the first morning trying to locate the workout room when the front desk gentleman came and asked if she needed assistance. (I suspect he saw her on the security camera.) WAY TO BE ATTENTIVE!!!! (Sorry, I didn't catch your name, sweet man.) Food area was clean and well kept. (We did not notice a sign to bus your own tables at our first dinner, but saw it on the side of the trashcan our first morning. Sorry if we missed that.) LOVED the kitchens in the room- we needed the frig for food we were bringing to our family Thanksgiving the second day. The location was extremely convenient to various shopping, the mall, and restaurants.
The hotel was quiet and safe. This was a perfectly delightful place for our two families that totaled nine. I now want to return to Amarillo just to stay at Staybridge!!!!! There were not many Tripadvisor reviews as this hotel was built the previous summer, but it soon will have as word gets out- this place is a dream!!! Thanks so much and Great Job Staybridge!

*Upon checkin I was given a room with a dirty kichen. A lot of food in fridge & freezer, used butter in dish stored in cabinet and used water jug on counter.
*No apologizes by front desk just simply given another room.
*No hair dryer in room and when I called front desk I was told that he could give me a key to another room and I could go use that hair dryer.
*I repeated my request for a hair dryer the next morning and another desk employee gave me the same option. Take the key to another room and go use that one.
In other words, take a shower, pack your hair supplies, wrap yourself up in a towel, walk down the hall to another room then just go back to your room to finish getting ready.

This hotel is the nicest in town. I travel quite a bit and use other hotels chains; however, I do look for Staybridge. This one in particular is new and located near shopping and restaurants. Freeway access is very near as well. The hotel Management is friendly, helpful, and very patient. The rooms have a Bluray player and the hotel offers free movie rentals. The evenings include a snack and drinks. You can't ask for more. I really enjoy this location and I can honestly day that the hotel is one of the best I've stayed at...

everything was very nice,clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The evening drinks and food was very good but should be every night. Breakfast was also good,nice selection of food.

I stay in Hotels 100 plus nights per year and this is the best I have experienced in a long time. Every aspect was great but I have to say the people at this location are outstanding.
