I only stayed two nights but could see how a longer period of time would be a nice experience. Alll the ameniaties needed, and a comfortable stay, as well as helpful staff. November 19, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Bdavis4252 Great room with a wonderful caring staff! I stay on average 30 nights per year and I can say that this hotel is at the top of my list! I will return in the future. The only issues I had was that I didn't have any toilet paper when I checked in (Noticed this before I needed it!) and the door lock on my room kept malfunctioning not letting me in. The hotel fixed the door lock and all was well at the end. I'll be back for sure :) November 18, 2014

The maid service was not too good. Overall it was a nice place to stay. and we were treated well. November 14, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel OK, Don't buy from the Pantry!! This property is fine in most respects, as I would expect from all IHG properties that I stay at. The problem that I had was with the cost of items in the pantry and the pathetic excuses that I received from the owner and the GM. The price for a 2oz soda at this property is $2.70. The Candlewood Suites 2 miles away charges $1.50 for the same size drink! Exorbitant pricing to say the least, gouging customers is more like it! The 'reasons' that I received from the owner and GM were that the prices are based off what their distributor sells items to hotel for. Pretty lame. Be honest. Just tell me that you're going to charge as much as you can and that you're not going to change the pricing structure for anyone. To say that no one has ever complained is laughable. GM claimed that no one had complained in her 5 and 1/2 years. Please! That claim was made after the FD staff told me that numerous people had complained. When I told that to the GM, she wanted to know, "Who told you that?" Not my problem, ma'am. I don't make stuff up. Address the problem with the pricing and you won't have to try and find out who to punish for telling guests the truth. This hotel has some very unsettling reviews on trip advisor. Owner seems to be very poor in customer service skills, and the GM reflects his poor skill set. They are both bad examples of how IHG members should be treated at properties. If you stay here, don't have high expectations!! November 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel, Exceeded expectation The hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and included a kitchen and separate sleeping area. Breakfast buffet was probably one of the best I have ever seen. They even have "socials" at night (3 times per week, I think) where they feed you again! Great friendly staff. November 9, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Lake View and Excellent Beds We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Staybridge Hotel in Hot Springs, AR. The lake views were breath taking; the beds excellent. Our kitchenette was well stocked. My grand children loved the indoor pool and the Media room. The breakfasts were wonderful. My grandson loved their waffles and the biscuits and gravy was excellent. We met many wonderful travelers. We enjoyed the fire place in the common areas and spent a lot of time visiting with friends. It was an excellent Hotel for our Wedding Party. We are looking forward to coming back for a family vacation there next summer. November 8, 2014

The room decor was much nicer than I expected and the view from the windows and back porch area was phenomenal. I was also impressed with quality and selection of food for breakfast; much better than the usual continental breakfast. I travel each week for business and this hotel is at the top thus far!
