Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very comfortable room/ very clean We enjoyed a three night stay right after Christmas for a visit with our family, who live in the area. The bed, room, and breakfast were excellent. The only problem we had was that the traffic outside was extremely loud. Good thing I take ear plugs any time we go out of town and that mostly solved the noise problem.. Our room was on the 540 side. Next time, we will ask for a room on the other side. The only other thing we didn't like was that we took all our grandchildren swimming and found that the pool was shared with the Holiday Inn next door. You had to go out into the cold to reach the indoor pool, which was attached to the Holiday Inn. The staff who did the breakfast was excellent and when we asked if they had anymore biscuits, they got us some. Also, the cleaning ladies disturbed us each of the three days, while we were in the room. They wanted to get in to clean before we were ready to leave. Not sure what could remedy this. Maybe the visitor could leave one of those door hangers whenever they leave and the room is free to be cleaned. Just an idea. That would be better than the cleaning staff just opening the door. That annoyed us. Each day we did come back to a nice clean room with the beds made. We will definitely stay here again. January 2, 2014

The Night Manager and the Morning Buffet staff member were absolutely great. I was traveling with my family and they made the stay here very enjoyable. I will most definitely return when I do business again in the area. Kudos to the Staff and Management. December 31, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Great Place To Stay In NWA This is a good place to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and feature a full size fridge. The breakfast is delicious and the food for the mid week "mingle" events is good too. The food is not fancy or gourmet, (you were expecting Bobby Flay?), but it is still very tasty. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ted We were with you 2 nights - there were 5 of us in a 2 bedroom suite with a small dog. It was a wonderful stay - you staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations were ideal and we all agreed it was money well spent! (the pet charge of $75 per night is a bit steep!). The breakfast was great - hot where needed, fresh where needed with a very personable staff person. Very impressive stay - we will be back! December 8, 2013

We have five children and fit nicely into a double room suite and my husband and I can have a room to ourselves. It is wonderful to travel and not have to be worried about our kids in another location yet have plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is a big help and so easy to utilize. We have stayed at this particular location twice and enjoyed the pool and used to workout facility. I highly recommend this site and the chain as a whole. December 2, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good Stay but beware of Room Switch I booked this hotel for one night, We were in town for a ballgame. Went to the Staybridge website made a reservation for a 1 bedroom suite. Was sent a confirmation that showed the room rate associated with the one bedroom suite, never thought there would be an issue. Upon arrival, I was told my reservation was for a studio suite and when I protested, I was offered a reduction in rate for studio to appease me. However, it was the advertised price for the studio suite online. They tried to phrase as if they were making it right, when in fact I could have booked that room at that price when I made the reservation. The first room we were put in had a non working ceiling fan and we were moved, only to have other members of our party be placed in that same room even after they knew and it still didn't work. Also the doors on neither room locked when you exited, we didn't notice until the other party mentioned theirs did not. The location and breakfast were good. Overall very disappointed. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay Enjoyed a week at this location while on business in Rogers. Staff was very friendly and accommodating but not intrusive. Rooms were kept clean. Meals were diverse and offered good variety. Social hours in the evening were nice and provided opportunity to commingle with other guests. My particular room, 139, was on the ground floor at the end of the building. My only complaint from the entire stay was that some piece of HVAC equipment on the other side of the wall was louder than normal and while not irritating was noticeable. November 5, 2013
