Everything was clean and tidy. The internet was fast enough to check work e-mails but not fast enough to watch streaming on my laptop without buffering.

For a new hotel the furniture should not have been stained. Housekeeping should’ve also done a more thorough job. It was obvious they did just enough to flip the room.

Great location, clean hotel with a simple complimentary breakfast with plenty of choices. Bed was comfy, pillows could have been better. Bathroom was clean and love the Dove products provided. Nice staff except for the one female in the morning who checked me out. Very rude and seemed bothered she had to do her job and step back inside from her smoke break.

Front desk cancelled my reservation in 9 minutes because she said I didn’t answer the phone after she tried charging my card before I arrived. The customer service support line stated themselves that they weren’t supposed to do that. All of this happened because they wanted to give my room to someone else.
Nice room with a notable flaw needing remedy

The room was nice, comfortable and seemed to be adequately clean. The rest of the facility was also nice. The primary flaw I would note is that the toilet seat in our room was awkwardly way too small for the toilet. This resulted in the front lip of of the bowl sticking far out compared to the seat. This would make sitting both uncomfortable and unsanitary. It sounds like this may have also been the case for one of the other rooms that our friends were staying in.

Fast service, very helpful staff. Rooms very clean location close to highways and shopping centers. Quick access from parking lot to hotel, well lit with entry close by. Will continue to use this location when staying in Grovetown to visit family.

Surprised this was a very nice hotel especially for the money. My only issue they seem to use a matress cover without plastic in it so the bed wS too warm.

The front desk staff was excellent. The room was clean and useful for our stay. If we were to travel that way again, we would stop here.

Mold in bathroom

Overall, the hotel was decent. Check in was not ready at 3 even though there were 4 staff members just sitting in the lobby. The room I received was a let down. The bathroom had mold on the wall and the toilet set was too small for the toilet. When sitting on the toilet, my leg touched the bowl. Also, I was unable to use the bathroom standing because the toilet seat would not stay up as it was too small.

If I had to stay more than 1 night then the staff would have been alerted to my issues, with that said I don't that I would go and stay at this motel again. I guess when I was reading online about the hotel I was expecting more, Like more quite, good sleep but that was not to be. I will say that the I did like the way the window shades gave total darkness.
