The front desk staff was excellent. The room was clean and useful for our stay. If we were to travel that way again, we would stop here.

First time @ Avid hotel. Loved it! Will come back again.
Mold in bathroom

Overall, the hotel was decent. Check in was not ready at 3 even though there were 4 staff members just sitting in the lobby. The room I received was a let down. The bathroom had mold on the wall and the toilet set was too small for the toilet. When sitting on the toilet, my leg touched the bowl. Also, I was unable to use the bathroom standing because the toilet seat would not stay up as it was too small.

If I had to stay more than 1 night then the staff would have been alerted to my issues, with that said I don't that I would go and stay at this motel again. I guess when I was reading online about the hotel I was expecting more, Like more quite, good sleep but that was not to be. I will say that the I did like the way the window shades gave total darkness.

Very convenient location. Quiet, comfortable bed and spacious room with great staff. Breakfast had good variety of choices. Close to shopping, restaurants and hwy. Will definitely stay here again. Plenty of parking available

This hotel was very clean, bed comfortable. Front desk very nice. I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast. We didn't have to leave this area. Walmart, restaurants walking distance. There was not any noise in or around the hotel.

The customer service was outstanding and the bathrooms were immaculate! I would choose the avid whenever I’m in Grovetown

Great value for the money and staff are very professional. The hotel is clean and neat felt safe and secure. Breakfast is limited but enjoyable plenty of spaces for parking. Will have no problem staying at the hotel again

It was better than Luxor hotel in Las Vegas. The check in took 3 minutes. The room is clean and tidy with a mini fridge. The amenities are decent size. It was so nice. I didn't use a small soap but a decent size gel soap. If I could carry it home I would - it's that good. Breakfast was complimentary so I didn't really mind if it was awful but it was so good. It was an outstanding hotel. I would definitely come back.

This location has bedbugs and unfortunately that can happen. However, when management refuses to accommodate you due to leaving early because of being bitten, is when I have a problem. This is ridiculous, selfish, and money hungry

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I had no issues regarding the room. I had to call the front desk to schedule housekeeping. It was easy and quick, and they got it done with no issues or hassle.

Kristen and Whitney were totally AWESOME!! They are so friendly, polite professional and really care about their family which is how they made me feel. Housekeeping ladies were amazing. I loved it here and I recommend them hands down! They went totally above and beyond for a few things I asked for. Housekeeping deserves their praise also, I wish I could remember those 2 ladies in Housekeeping's names. It's a family friendly hotel and that is how they made me feel un my opinion.
