Nice hotel and breakfast options. Check in seemed like an inconvenience for the front desk staff member. When parking, we could see the blue lights from the airport runways, and it was pretty noisy during the night as flights took off/landed. Shuttle going was easy, but upon return and a 45 min wait - we had to use Uber. With 3 phone calls to the hotel, we were never told the shuttle van was still parked in the lot with a missing driver. That nugget would have been helpful to know since we still had a 2 hour drive ahead of us.

Probably the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in! Bed was very comfortable. Loved the electric blinds!

I was impressed with the clean, comfortable property, and the excellent front desk staff and shuttle driver. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone needing close proximity to the airport.

"Quiet and convenient! The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is fantastic—just minutes from the airport with easy access to the highway, making it ideal for travelers. However, the hot breakfast could use some improvement. It was a bit slow, and items like eggs and breakfast sandwiches weren’t being restocked regularly. A bit more attention from the breakfast attendant would go a long way. Overall, a solid stay with just a few areas for improvement."

Went there for acdc concert. Concert was moved back a day and the hotel had no issues extending my stay an extra day. Very clean and very nice staff. Only small issue was I would have liked more warm options for breakfast. The People who complain about plane noise should have expected that it's right next to a airport. I did not have any issues with that bc I knew it was going to have planes flying over. Didn't bother me at all.

Loved staying here! Great room, wonderful service, and QUIET! Except for planes, which cant be helped. The rooms were clean, breakfast was plentiful and the location is perfect if you have a car. Close to many chain restaurants and amenities needed. Would recommend to business or family travelling!!

This hotel was really clean and comfortable. I was impressed with what all was offered in the room, especially in terms of bathroom amenities. They include plenty of towels + Dove products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion). The shower was really nice. I loved the beds--they felt fresh and were really comfy. The entire facility is well kept and runs smoothly. The breakfast was pretty solid; they even had vegan/vegetarian options, which I rarely find in hotels. The coffee was better than going to a local coffee shop and free whenever you want it. The only downside is you constantly hear airplanes coming in and out, but that's to be expected when staying near an airport.

I'm reporting on behalf of my two colleagues who stayed there. I chose this hotel for them on a work trip. Neither of them had a good night's sleep due to the noisiness of the location. Not only was the hotel in the flight path all night long, they also heard continuous noises from dumpsters being emptied nearby in the middle of the night. This could, perhaps be remedied with better windows that buffered sound. They were both exhausted when they started a long day of work. Although they both said the beds were comfortable, the staff friendly, the hotel clean, neither would chose to stay there again. Breakfast was not out when they had to leave (early) but they complimented the coffee.
Comfortable Bed and Clean

We were catching a flight from Nashville and spent the night. I had my daughter in a room, my dad in a room and my sister & brother in law also had a room. Close to airport, clean, mattress comfort perfect. There is a shuttle to downtown.
I rated sleep quality one notch down only due to being so close to airport you can hear the hear the planes.

Just an overnight stay before a long trip. But the hotel was beautiful and perfect for the journey ahead of us.
The staff couldn't have been more helpful, courteous or accommodating.
We were greeted by Donovan who got us settled into our beautiful rooms. We had a very restful night and sent on our way by Gen. Mgr. Nate and Briana refreshed and ready for a long trip with a smile and a thank you.
We'll be back!!
And free fresh ground coffee 24 hrs a day?? You're the first!!

The hotel was nice however, it is in the DIRECT TAKEOFF FLIGHT PATH OF THE AIRPORT!!! Literally there is a steady path of huge jets directly overtop of the hotel - ALL Day and ALL Night. It woke me up several times, several times scared to death. When. I asked the guy at the front desk when I checked in about the noise - he said it wasn’t bad inside the hotel but they had earplugs if it was too loud. But who wants to sleep with earplugs in their ears? And then how would I hear my alarm in the am if their earplugs were to drown out the sound of a huge jetliner?
