Our room as o he 2nd floor and at the far end. Every time I got to the room with my bags, the key would not work. I had to go to the desk every time to have the key reset. The floor was dirty. The shower doesn’t get hot. The dishes were left in the dishwasher. There was no hand soap in e room a all. It was extremely loud a night and there were people hanging in he hallways sitting on the floor talking on their cellphones. I usually like staying at Candlewood Suites and have actually stayed at this one before but it has really gone downhill.

My stay at this hotel have been very pleasant; I will continue using this hotel as long as my business keeps me in this area.

The water in the shower only went mid way and never got hot more like lukewarm. Not sure if the shower faucet was set to only go so far but the water was just not hot enough to my liking.

Reserved handicap room, was asked if I really needed it???
Called Corp, they handled it nicely.
When moved to another room, the tolit was broken in that room. Told staff and it was not repaired. Checked out the following morning.

Although off the freeway a little it is a nice area, quiet and has a restaurants within walking distance.

For the price point of this hotel, I found this a good value. Rooms were larger, clean and well maintained. Towels and bedding were clean and newer. Mattress was comfortable. The people at the front desk were kind and helpful.

Clean place for one that takes in pets. Also had a really nice dog area to let the dogs stretch their legs and relieve themselves. Nice full kitchen with full size refrigerator that had all utensils that were cleaned and waiting inside the dishwasher in the room..There was also a locker area near lobby that had extra appliances, books and games you could borrow if you wanted to..
Really nice staff. During the 4 days there there was no maid service due to covid so if you needed towels you had to track one of the cleaning ladies down. At one point my girlfriend got locked in the bathroom as the door handle broke.It was a freak sorta thing to happen as we laughed..I called the front desk and within a minute the maintenance man Bill was there and broke her out and changed the lock..He really had his act together and was right on top of things..
