I enjoyed coming back after long days of work! The staff were Very friendly. There was no accommodation that couldn’t have been met by the gals (and gentleman) working there.

Can not say enough good about this place. The entire staff is great, the beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious with a full-size fridge and kitchen minus the oven.
The rooms with a view of the river are great but the rooms on the other side are peaceful and quiet.

Not COVID compliant

During the time of COVID the staff were not wearing masks at all. The front dest check in manager was not wearing a mask and even encouraged me to step closer to the desk. Two housekeepers noted not wearing masks and one in there hallway and one folding laundry with a door open. Ones staff member the next morning told me the "Manager" discourages masks and the employees all feel afraid for their jobs and health. I reported this Hotel to Lane County Public Health as well as Oregon Health Authority. The parent brand IHG was informed and hopefully for future stays the staff can clients can feel safe.

Everyone, from front desk to maintenance to housekeeping was super friendly. Any concerns were taken care of promptly.
A particular instance:
My last night there, another customer was extremely upset about the condition of her room. I was in the lobby to inquire about a bottle of wine. Isabel was working the desk. In the face of a fairly hostile, abusive customer, Isabel stayed very professional, very pleasant, and yet firm in her refusal to give out the manager’s personal info. I was extremely impressed and told her so.

Other than no paper towels in the room and garbage bags being left in the hallways overnight and noisy street the room was great.

Would highly reccomend this hotel - lots of space in the room, office area, table to play games or eat a meal, good lighting, kitchenette was great to have to fix breakfast or bring in take-out food. My room was very clean! Service staff- especially the front desk was very professional, helpful and nice and made me feel very welcome.

Stay for a last-minute booking front desk personnel were professional polite and courteous room was clean and it was quiet temperature was perfect.
