Do NOT STAY here or at the Holiday Inn Express next door! We use IHG for our business. Went on the IHG web and reserved a room at the Holiday Inn Express next door. It is more expensive, includes breakfast.... Got there and a sign said to go to the Candlewood next door to check in. Told there by a VERY Rude person that the Express has been closed for months and she would just cancel my reservation if I did not like that I had to stay at the Candlewood. The room was disgusting, the "Pantry" was gross.... I paid more to be Bait-and-switched to a bad facility. Very Dishonest. I have very gross pictures.

I originally booked online with the app for the Holiday Inn Express next door, only to find that it was closed and reservations were being handled by the Candlewood. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time, instead of having to walk up to the door and find a note. That being said, my experience at Candlewood was excellent. I did not need a suite, but I enjoyed having it. The Candlewood staff was very accommodating, and honored the original booking price from HIE. If I ever have need for an extended stay, I will definitely look at Candlewood.

Al llegar todo muy bien personal amable el cuarto muy limpio la cama muy cómodas pero mi sugerencia sería que no esta pandemia los cuartos por mínimo los limpiaran cada tercer día si no pueden hacerlo todos los días y claro que si recomiendo los tengo al 100% gracias y hasta pronto primeramente Dios

Picked this property for location and past experience with the brand. Location was convenient to funeral location and nearby relatives. Not too bad, but compared to other CW Suites I have stayed in previously, the silverware and other kitchen items were undersupplied (2 to 3 of most instead of 4). The only problems we really experienced were:
1) Smelling lots of tobacco smoke in the halls coming from 2 rooms on the first night (as well as a person walking down the hallway smoking). We reported it to the front desk and it didn't happen again, and
2) A 12:30 AM half hour fire alarm (with the department arriving and clearing everything) with no explanation of what happened as we returned to our rooms a bit after 1 AM.
Hotel wasn't handicap friendly

My wife is an amputee and the handicap room wasn't exactly friendly. It has a standard tub with only single grab bar: the entire bathroom. We found trash I one of the cupboard drawers. Lastly we can tell the room was not thoroughly cleaned because we honestly found a machete tucked in a corner between the nightstand add the wall. Other than those issues the hotel was fine

I’m a Spire member, we had a mix up on a upgrade. Chuck the manager went out of his way to accommodate us even though it wasn’t his fault. He was very polite, courteous, professional

Very helpful and very clean rooms. Got towels when needed them. They also had a great selection of snacks and food.
