I love the area of the hotel. The staff is like family, they're polite and willing to satisfy me in any way.

The King suite was not as clean as I expected. There was a foul Oder I had to buy Febreze to help with the Odor.
Large Dog Friendly!! Loved it!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the Suite was very clean.
It was close to several restaurants so we were able to have dinner delivered.
We have a Black Lab and most hotel chains won't allow the bigger breeds, but this chain did and only for $15.00.
We will definitely look for the Candlewood Suites when we are traveling.

My IHG Gold Status was not mentioned at check-in..
Coffee machine at pantry was not functional and that to me cannot be overlooked.

The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Bed was comfortable...
The lobby coffee pot was out of order. Two things that I was not aware of when booking this hotel....one, there is no any breakfast available, and two, there are no USB ports whatsoever in the rooms....not on the lamps, not on the clock, and not anywhere at the little work area.... I called down to the front desk and they had no adapters....great, couldn't even charge my phone or computer. You would think this hotel was 25 years old, and even at that get some lamps you can plug into. If it weren’t for Amy down at the desk and letting me borrow her personal adapter, I would have really been livid. Amy went above and beyond and I appreciated her doing this because she did not know me or if I could be trusted with returning her property....she was such a blessing.
Will I ever return to this hotel? I really doubt it u less you bring this place up to date. I could have went to another hotel without these problems for the same amount I paid here.

This hotel has easy access to the highway and rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The only negative is that I wish the staff wore masks

Had a great experience at Candlewood Suites! The rooms were very clean and I felt super safe there. The staff was super friendly and the check in and check out process went smooth and fast. Will recommend and would stay here again!

Location, great, overall room clean except for bathroom: light above sink all rusty and should be either replaced or painted. It was very gross to look at. There were dishes in dishwasher

On the night of arrival I called front desk regarding 4 men wrestling in the hall. Staff responded and needed to call the police. This was after 1 am. The rest of the week I was kept awake by the load dripping of the gutters next to the wall the bed was on. I probably should have asked for a room change. Again no fault of the staff they were great.

I loved the room, it was very comfortable and didn’t feel stiff old and icky like some hotels I’ve been to. It was a last minute stop while on the road driving home from PA to FL. It was really bad rain and didn’t wanna continue. I loved being able to see the TV from the bathtub and how deep the tub was. I could actually fill it up and soak nicely.

This property could use some remodeling and bring it up to date- there were stains on carpet and bathroom floor was old, dirty looking and the bathtub made a loud creaking noise.
