I have stayed at candlewood suites before and never been disappointed. You can tell this hotel needs some updating. The furniture was worn. There was not adequate shampoo and conditioner.

It is the first time connection made with an individual that set precedence for future success.
The mind set at this Candlewood seems to be the following:
The guest is responsible for the management. This should be the reverse; The manage is responsible for the guest. It is the management's responsibility to maintain the hotel and not the guest.

Good experience overall if you keep up the pressure on housekeeping to properly clean your room regularly.
Staff is GREAT and bed was comfortable

The hotel was very nice one of the nicest I've stayed in. I would definitely come back again. However when I checked in first off the person who is checking me in thought I had bought the reservation through Priceline but when I told her I had not she told me that I had. Eventually she found my reservation. Plus she was not wearing a mask every time I saw her and this was about three times during the whole stay. Other than that everything went really smoothly and we'll definitely return
Staff is AWESOME and beds are comfortable service is top notch !!

From check in to check out my stay was very pleasant . I had great night's sleep the entire time I was there. The staff as always is top notch, any thing that you need they're always willing to help !

The air worked a little
Too well. Had to cycle it off to heat the room
Back up a few times during the night
Had a plugged Kitchen sink that was fixed immediately
The bath tub dripped. Gave the room an overall not so kept up feeling.
Overall we had a good experience but did not realize there wasn’t a pool.

The bathtub had nats in it. I did not sleep good. I was constantly itching. The corkscrew for wine was very rusted.

The room was not prepare - no comforter on the beds, no shower curtain, no toilet paper. Mold on the ceiling above the shower.

When we first checked in I realized I would be cleaning my own room. Piles of dirt and food in the kitchen corners, food spilled down the front of cupboards and an pile of hair and nastiness in between the sink and fridge. Took a bit to get the room clean but fir the remainder of the stay not too bad. We didnt get HBO because our rooms had the wrong tv??? And the laundry was always a mess. But we stayed to ourselves and really had no other problems. A few of the staff were helpful and the rest forgot about you as soon as you were out of sight. The hotel needs an update but are super pet friendly. Too bad most owners dont know how to clean up after their pets though. I reccomend the hotel for longer stays. Thanks to Maureen and Lindsey our stay was made enjoyable.

For almost 3 months I stayed at this hotel. First the most part it was uneventful. However the issues that were brought seemed to fall short of being attended to. The laundry area was always dirty. The back door never locked. The elevator would always shimmy or do a sudden small drop at floors. Garbage piled up at the floor garbage cans .
And I also never received my IHG points even after I called personally. And never got a good answer why the 2 rooms we occupied didnt get HBO.
