Cleanliness and the inviting look of comfort are the first things to jump out at you as a guest. The updated furniture and bedding was a welcomed sight for my family and me. The staff was very friendly and everything was clean and in order when we arrived, thanks candlewood!!!

I really appreciate how well I had been treated by the Staff at Candlewood Suites/Springfield South! I will continue to stay at this Hotel in the future when I travel to this area!

Fast service, easy to get to, friendly help, was able to get in with very little notice was on a business trip and needed a place to stay . Hotel was very nice and clean, and had a very friendly service .

This was my first stay at this hotel. It was a very positive experience. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was in good repair. The Candlewood Cupboard was very convenient, and I was grateful there were several healthy options - so hard to find when traveling! My only quibble is with the restrictions on cancellations - especially now, plans can change so quickly. I wish Candlewood was more flexible in that area.

Called to report heater went out
Repairman came to fix it within a few minutes. Could not be fixed. They bought a portable heater for our last night. They said they would move us to different room. We was leaving the next day.

I had No issues. It is a Nice place. I have be here a few times and will be back. It has a Convenient location. Room was perfect. IHG hotels are great.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days during after a surgery in Springfield. I was comfortable the entire time. My room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The exercise room was nice and free laundry service was appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful and got me everything I needed immediately.

I like the whole thing to room and service and cleanest and safe.If you need anything it's there to your asking beds was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need.

clean....clean ....clean hotel. Comfy bed, clean room. The only thing i would of liked some sort of breakfast even it just a "to go" item.
