The hotel was pet friendly which I really appreciate.
The only problem was the bed did not allow for access from both sides.

The hotel was great amazing and comfortable. The staff was the best. The area is great, plenty of restuarant around in the area. Lots to do at motel. For example , the gym is outstanding.

The TV in the rooms needs to be upgraded to a newer versions. The TV'S are dark and way to small for room that size.

I was able to reach out to the manager but at the end of the day, I didn’t sleep at all. The way it was handled at the hotel was poorly and was blamed on being new..

We had a great time as a family: good customer service, clean rooms, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, we even grilled outside. We plan to return here.

The hotel was very clean and spacious enough for my spouse's power chair to maneuver around the room. The shower and toilet grab bars were on the right side which allowed my spouse to use them who has left side hemiparesis.
The roll in shower was large and the faucet and hand held shower nozzle was positioned to the right of the shower bench within easy reach.
The sink was a good height for a wheelchair, but there wasn't a side table or counter to set things on. Difficult for a person with one functioning hand and arm to brush teeth, etc. (The room ironing board served the purpose!)
The bed was listed as a queen size, but it was the smallest queen we'd ever seen. It made it difficult for a good night's sleep. Also the height of the bed was a bit higher than ADA recommends. A few inches lower would make it easier to transfer from the wheelchair to the bed.
All in all it was a good place to stop for a night during our travels.

This was a quick a and easy place to stay when I arrived to Saint Robert. They allowed me to stay longer when I needed a few extra days.
