This was a great weekend and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. My grandkids really enjoyed themselves. Everything thing was very comfortable nice and clean. We will be staying and coming back in April.
The bed was super comfortable.

The bed was plush and very clean. Bed was full of nice soft pillows. Blanket was light but perfect for an heated room.

I need a few things printed out for me the staff got it done with no problems. My date for leaving changed a few times and they handled it very well.

This hotel is one I choose to stay at as I visit this area frequently. It is nice to the see newly added renovations happening, makes it more upto date as well as gives it more of a home feeling.

From the minute you enter the property a dark sense of foreboding will enter your soul. From the raucous crowds meandering at entrances to the overwhelming odors of uncleanliness, you will regret any decision to select this location. The staff tries to follow management constraints, making them seem unhelpful and unhappy.

I'm here pretty often and this is my go to place. The location is great, plenty of shopping and a variety of places to eat. The upgraded rooms are a plus as well. I've been coming here for nearly a year now and it's great to see the renovations taking place. The lobby area could use a renovation as well, other than that, I would recommend this hotel.

the room was disgusting- apparently they were revamping the floor they put me on and the rooms were filthy. Why did they put me there? When I discussed it with the manager he gave me a big $20 break. When I called back he gave me a better break. I will still never stay there again.

Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was very quiet. Public areas need a good cleaning such as the hallways, elevator, lobby area.

Good location (few miles from I95), large clean room with full kitchen, flat screen TV. Free parking, internet. Good hotel chain for those who wish to stay for a longer period and/or cook. Guests with dogs should be separated to a different floor or this should be disallowed.

I have stayed here multiple times ans I can say it is the best place I have stayed.
They are very accommodating and extremely customer service oriented.
The young lady during day Cathryn is always so helpful ans always has a smile in her face.
Tammy and Cherri working later shifts are always so helpful to me.
They are all about what can I do to help make your stay better?
