The Conference Centre is our largest meeting room and ideal for large events. The room can be divided into three sections and offers plenty of natural light. Directly adjacent is a foyer, which is perfect for coffee breaks or receptions.

The London/Paris room consists of two meeting rooms that can be used together thanks to the flexible partition wall. With space for up to 120 people, it is ideal for medium to large meetings. The meeting room is located on the ground floor.

The Rome/Helsinki room consists of two separate conference rooms that are connected to each other. The room has a large screen, faces the street and is ideal for medium-sized meetings. The room is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The air-conditioned, daylight-flooded Amsterdam/Vienna meeting room on the ground floor offers 78 m² and space for 60 participants. Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, the room is flooded with light.

The meeting room Genf offers a more private atmosphere and is equipped with a flat screen and Apple AirPlay. Ideal as an office or group room for large events, it encourages focused work.

The Berlin conference room features floor-to-ceiling windows for excellent daylight. It faces the street and has a large projector screen, ideal for meetings and presentations. A coffee break can be set up flexibly in the room to increase comfort.

Section 1 of the Conference Centre offers numerous usage options and can be combined with Section 2. It is often used as an exhibition area for larger events or together with the foyer for coffee breaks.

Section 2 in the Conference Centre offers 157 m² and space for up to 210 people. The bright and modern room is ideal for larger events and can be flexibly combined with Section 1 to create more space.

Section 3 is 146 m² in size and offers space for 200 people. The room is ideal for large events and group work. It has a screen, daylight and can be darkened. Section 3 can also be flexibly connected to Section 2.

Sections 1 + 2 of the Conference Centre can accommodate up to 400 people on 296 m². The room offers natural daylight and is ideal for large events with group work or exhibitions thanks to its flexible room layout.

Sections 2 + 3 offer 303 m² of space for up to 410 people. Both areas can be used together thanks to flexible partition walls. Plenty of daylight ensures a pleasant atmosphere. Te conference rooms can also be darkened with blackouts.

The London meeting room is centrally located and in close proximity to the other meeting rooms. It is equipped with a large screen and is ideal for presentations. The room can also be flexibly connected to the Paris meeting room.

Room Paris offers 59 m² of space for up to 60 people. It can be connected to the London room and is centrally located to the other meeting rooms. The room is equipped with a screen and is ideal for seminars or meetings.

Room München is a modern meeting room with a flat screen and Apple AirPlay connection. Located directly next to the other meeting rooms, it is perfect as a group room for larger events and promotes efficient collaboration.

Named after the capital of Finland, the Helsinki room faces the street and has natural daylight. With space for up to 40 people, it can also be connected to the Rome room to provide more capacity for larger meetings.

Ideal for smaller meetings in block form, Rome offers plenty of daylight thanks to floor-toceiling windows. Column-free and flexible, the room can also be connected to the neighbouring Helsinki room to create additional space for larger groups.

With plenty of daylight thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and no pillars, the Amsterdam meetingroom offers flexible use. A large screen and the ability to connect the room to Wien provide additional space for larger meetings or group events.

Located on the street side, the Wien conference room offers plenty of daylight. Access to the hotel lobby and the connection to the Amsterdam room ensure good connections. Equipped with a large screen, it is ideal for flexible meetings.
