This is an excellent property, I stayed there during 20-23 February 2014.
Very good Lobby, good restaurant (though not much variety). Good breakfast. Room was large very comfortable and clean.
Though the hotel staff didi not acknowledge my IHG card (elite platinum) status but services of the staff is very good. The well groomed, fluent in english, helpful and friendly.
Hotel is near Taksim (about 5 minutes) by Taxi, so covers one of the tourist spot. Beware of Rogue Taxi drivers especially in night.
Hotel is about 30 minutes fro Ataturk airport.
Highly recommended for stay.

The hotel is suitable for business and leisure. I booked a standard room. However, upon arrival I was upgraded to a suite room which can accommodate a family of 4 persons (2 adults and 2 children).
The service is excellent and the staff offered me, free of charge, the facilities associated with a club room. The breakfast is a delight and the personnel is very attentive.
I shall stay in this hotel during my next visit either on business of leisure.
The only draw back is the location. Though the hotel is close to shopping malls and downtown facilities, it is located in an area where auto garages are extended throughout the road.
Overall, it is a good hotel with great services worth of a five-star hotel.

The hotel location is not the best one among other alternatives. Since I am local and driving a car it was not a problem for me but tourists might need a lot of in advance planning to make it safe and quick especially at night time. The hotel staff made an extra ordinary effort and showed interest to make our stay pleasant but there are limits with what they can achieve. Overall exp. got 4* only because of the hotel personnel. I could not believe a color printer and scanner does not exists in the hotel which is pain for business travelers. Front desk helped my problem solved but there should be an equipment for guest at the business center which needs an direct IT man to support. Hotel had hot water system problems for two days and combining printer/scanner and hot water supply system problems tells me that hotel management is trying to save a dime from the cost at a 5* hotel. Room and comfort got 4* because of hot water otherwise it is a 5. I believe management shall change their mentality.
