I have been a Priority Club member since @ 1998 and have stayed at Holiday Inns and Express several hundred times. Excepting only one occasion we have been pleased with our stay and actually look [更多] forward to it as part of our trips. However, one thought regarding your "Loyalty Program". It is usually required to ask for perks or an upgrade. For example on this occasion when asked for any loyalty perk I was told I could get a bottle of water from the vending machine - certainly not the kind of perk to brag about to your friends but still not a reason to start looking elsewhere.
