The Syndicate room is located beside the Boardroom and across the hall from Principal 1 and 2. It has natural daylight with electronic blackout curtains. The room is soundproof overlooking the front of the hotel. Features include 55in projection screen.

The Principal Suite is located off the conference foyer, seats up to 160 delegates. The suite has natural daylight, with remote controlled screens and up to date audio equipment. The meeting room is soundproofed. Also option to split into two meetings.
