Sad and disappointing experience

After driving fourteen hours straight my husband and I just wanted to rest so we could continue our trip the following day. When I laid my head on the pillow I quickly smelled it dirty. The sheets, all smelled like if someone had been there. So I called the manager to inform him about the issue and he responded by saying to go pick up clean sheets at the front desk. So my husband and I had to change all 4 pillows cases and sheets. Unbelievable. Additionally, there was dirt on the coffee maker and hairs in the restroom. Our room had not been cleaned at all. When I went to speak to the manager, he said he was short of staff because of COVID. I told him because of COVID this hotel should be extra clean and not the mess that we experienced. And we paid full price, no coupon or discount. So not worth it. So sad.

I entered the hotel around 10PM with no reservation. The hotel receptionist was quick to greet me with a smile. I was able to get a room for the night at a reasonable price. Although I informed the receptionist that I was only passing through town and staying for the night, she still informed me of the hotel restaurant and bar. She also took the time to inform me of the nearby breakfast restaurants. When I arrived in my room the place was clean and all new linens were provided. The hotel staff took COVID precautions during all interactions with me. Great stay.

They need to clean and the rooms need a major makeover! First our door to our room was propped Open. It looked like the shower had just been used. It was wet on the floor and the shower doors. We had no hot water. Obviously we did not use it. The carpet was sticky in front of the window. We had no
toilet paper and the towels were old and the threads were hanging.
But the staff was absolutely awesome! Happy helpful polite!
I hope you pay them well because they all deserve it and more. That would be a good way to keep your perfect employees, a BIG raise.
Not worth the price

I only ended up here because I was traveling across the country, I needed a place to crash quickly, and every other place was full. When I walked in none of the staff were wearing masks and the only one that ended up dawning one was the one that started to help me (though she was not wearing one initially). When I got to the room several light bulbs were out including one of the main lights. I noticed there were gummies stuck into the carpet. The bathroom toiletries were used and had not been replaced. Overall it's the kind of quality I expected from a lesser hotel.

We stayed at this location twice in one week. The first stay had some cleanliness issues. During this stay there were no issues.
The parking area was clean and the lighting was great. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and professional.
We will stay there again.
Great service and very nice lobby decorations.

We booked 3 guest rooms for a night stay at this hotel, and everyone had the same experience. The floor carpet was damp and sticky. Overall room experience wasn't pleasant at all.

Comfortable stay, but being a platinum elite member when I tried an early checkout they wanted to charge me the fee even when the manager was consulted and I showed I had the extended checkout benefit.

The staff is friendly. Housekeeping is terrible. Sad and disappointing considering it's coronavirus everywhere. Poor quality in cleanliness

i went to open the blinds and the blinds fell on me from the ceiling. i got a headache and felt sick on my stomach. this was a traumatic incident for me and scared the livin' daylights out of me.

1st I would like the say the lady working the front desk when we checked in was very pleasant an personable (I wish I would have gotten her name because she deserves to be recognized). After a long day of travel it is nice to see a person willing to help you. We had a minor issue with the cleanliness of our room and she took care of it immediately. The Magnolia was a little disappointing. We wanted to just get a little something to eat and enjoy a beverage or two. We ordered 2 beers and I noticed the bartender took them out of a box that was sitting on top of the counter, poured them into frosted glasses and brought them to our table. The beer was too warm to drink. I brought it to the bartender's attention and he took them away without saying a word, so we got up and walked out. The next day at checkout the 2 beers were charged to our room. I challenged the charge and it was removed but it should never have been there in the 1st place. You shouldn't have to check to make sure you are not getting charged for something you didn't get. I guess they were hoping I wouldn't check my receipt at check out.
