We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights.
At the very first night we could not find any parking in the hotel's parking lot. When I asked the front desk what to do, I was directed to look for parking in any other hotel around. So I found parking in Sheraton. so pity we did not stay there.
Second evening the wireless password did not work.
The last day morning the electronic door key did not work, probably disabled, way before the checkout time. We were stuck outside in the parking lot and had to go around to the front desk to enable the key.
I stayed in IHG hotels in many countries, and I had never experience so many troubles. IHG always provide excellent service at reasonable prices. Not this time...

I stay at this property every week for two nights. The staff is extremely accommodating, they know me by name and go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable. The food in O'Malleys is fantastic and they have a good variety to choose from. I have stayed in many of the rooms and have found them to be clean, comfortable and I can always count on getting a good night's rest. I would not stay anyplace else when traveling to the Dulles area.

Excellent & comfortable hotel room. O'mally's resturant attached to hotel had very bad service. I would recommend the Hotel but find another place to dine.

I use the hotel at the beginning and end of trips sometimes so I don't have to drive home in the dark. It is very comfortable and quiet and offers a good night's sleep. I didn't use the restaurant this trip so can't comment on it. I do feel that to be truly competitive they should offer an included breakfast which they do not!! The internet was good. The people behind the desk are always very friendly and helpful.

Close to the Dulles aiport; excellent facilities and services, shuttle, swiming pool, restaurants, internet; rooms well equiped and with standard confort. A place to recommend for a short stay and/or transit. Staff excellent and supportive

I stayed at Washington Int'l Airport because I had a flight out of Dulles. The staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. I used my points for the night stay. However, since I am a platinum member of the Priority Club, I would prefer a free breakfast for the people in my room instead of 300 points . .

Cancelled flights, missed connections. Reservation was fast and easy, economical, and accommodations were great. On site restaurant was good. Shuttle to the airport. Everything I needed to help with difficult flight changes.

My wife and I were looking for aroom convenient to Dulles Airport and the Sterling, VA. I was able to book the room at this hotel for a very reasonable price and its location was perfect for us. The room was clean and comfortabale. My check in and check out experiences were without problem, very swift, and the room was ready at before the standard check in hour. I used the free Internet service and it was easily accessed with a password. All in all a very good stay.
