Overall it was a short stay however worth every penny.
Pros, fast check in / check out, quiet, above average room comparing to Price.
Cons, Bathroom fan not working, Little trash under the bed inside the room. Not a continental breakfast, (very Little choice of food, but taste ok)

Use this Hotel if you are tight on a budget - great value. Do expect if staying for an extended period of time that the breakfast menu does not change.
Also, expect large sports group to be there and may be very noisy in the evening.
Alert staff and they will quiet them down.

Receptionists are friendly. But I think they should learn to speak international language fluently. They were okay but what they had to learn more when accommodating guest is that guest's satisfaction didn't just end on duration of their stay. This is just connected on official receipt that was provided to me very LATE. Reason for not giving it on TIME was system failure but they promised to give it to me after two hours. I checked my e-mail based on their time commitment. And it took them more than a week before they provided it to me. It was just because I kept on following them up through e-mail and phone.
Hotel room amenities are incomplete. I didn't have microwave or fridge to use. I experienced internet connection failure.
