We arrived expecting a jetted tub in our room, which we paid extra for through the Holiday website, and they do not exist at this hotel. The man at the front desk was not welcoming and he also did not seem to care about us or that we had paid for something that didn’t even exist. Not helpful. None of the staff were very friendly except the cleaning ladies. The fan/heater in the room was obnoxiously loud. The breakfast is good with lots of choices. The condition of the room and bathroom were a solid 3 stars. Just wish the staff would have been nicer and wish we hadn’t overpaid for our stay there.

The front desk staff were really friendly and respectful. We did go down to eat in the morning and the lady that was putting out the food was really rude, I accidentally dropped the tongs and I wasn’t going to just leave them on the floor and when I handed them to her she snatched them from my hand, sighed in annoyance and sharply walked around me. We just decided to eat at a local restaurant.

We love staying here!! Staff is nice and very accommodating. Libby, breakfast area and rooms are clean! This was our second time here and many more to come.
