Fabulous, would definately return again. Comfortable, clean room to superb staff who cared about us enjoying our stay. Delicious, varied breakfast and we ate in the sister hotel that also provided professional entertainment. Great location for everything we needed.

I keep returning here because of the extra care and attention I receive and the dedication of the committed staff. Whilst the facilities are more than suitable for my travelling needs, it is the extra attention to detail by staff that impress me.
They remember you and greet you by name and remember you from previous visits. I have formed some good long standing friendships from both staff and other frequent travellers to stay at this hotel.
On my 2 recent stays Komang, Reza and Kesya provided outstanding service whilst on reception. Chandra and Mang Adi again at the pool bar as well as Damada.
Special mention to Adi at breakfast who had just started training whilst on a previous visit in November last but remembered me the moment I saw him on these 2 recent occasions. He is doing very well in the short time that he has worked here. It comes from good training and personal dedication.
Special mention to Pompi at breakfasts as well. All of the staff were super friendly and attentive but Pomp took extra time and effort to connect and engage. it is people like this who have me returning to this hotel on each visit.
Thank you for another wonderful stay.
I have noticed though, unlike other hotels in the IHG group, this one has never been forthcoming in a potential upgrade as a platinum member.
Not an expectation, but just an observation for those who feel that such a thing is important as part of their membership.

Great value and location. The restaurants were good , the pool was nice and the room was comfortable. Would be good to have more healthier breakfast options available as well as a smart tv in the room.

Simple but clean accommodation. Convenience to the airport was great. Breakfast was amazing and good value - inclusive of accommodation cost. Staff were very helpful and friendly as well.
