Stay was fantastic. Only downfall was hot tub not working. Staff were great in fixing heat in our room while we were out.

An awesome experience! Great value for your money! Rooms were very spacious and clean. My only complaint would be the pool area. It was very dark and the floors were very slippery.

The holiday inn i stayed at in Bedford was absolutely perfect! It was a great price for the room I got! I had a terrible incident first arriving where the rental car company would not release the car to me. What next?! Well after a short freak out and debating on flying back to toronto, I called the holiday inn I was supposed to stay at and they told me I could check in early! When I arrived they were so kind and very understanding of what happened. I went to my room and it was so very cozy and welcoming. I ordered some food and asked the ladies who were kind to me if they wanted something, they kindly denied. When I checked out I got to the airport and realized I left my passport at the hotel! I called and they are mailing it to me! What excellent service! I would recommend this hotel to all my friends who are going to halifax.

good place to stay. room was quiet and clean. had a great stay. the staff was great. very accommodating. I. would recommended this place to others to stay. I like that there was a pool and equipment room. wish I would have had time to use them.

Room was great. Ac worked well. Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Not noisy. Only issue was the toilet didn't flush properly

Great service but noisy room location by elevator and street traffic

Impressed with consistency of great customer service by staff. Only wish that the location of our room was NOT next to elevator and not right by street traffic. Noise was less at night but became noisier in the AM and all throughout the day. The open concept King Suite was spacious and loved the layout !

Great staff, great location, a family favorite!! We stay at this hotel almost every time we come to this location, and we are never disappointed - even when there is a minor problem they are more than willing to be helpful and ensure you have a wonderful stay!!
