Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nasty, unclean rooms I've stayed at this hotel many times but lately the cleanliness has dropped off sharply. Several times I have found human hair on the duvet and in the bathrooms and the rooms smell "used". The last time I stayed, however, was the worst. When I pulled back the duvet cover on the bed, I found what looked like dried seminal fluids and an oily hand print. I reported this to the front desk clerk and recieved a "we're sorry about that" reply. I won't stay here again. August 30, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Pool area Pool area was a little weird. I didn't feel safe so we didn't use it, as I felt it was not been monitored and safe. The way the gate are set up, was very strange. Very small pool, so if you are making reservation base on pool requirement, like I did, Do dot count on it. Very small pool/spa, and area set up is very strange. August 18, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cockroaches in TWO rooms! Sometimes an old hotel is tolerable, as long as the rooms are clean. However, this hotel is not only very rundown, it is dirty. The lobby floor was filthy, but they were "under renovation," so it was somewhat forgivable. Inside the room, however, there were stains on the sofa and carpeting. The carpeting was ripped up from the floor in several places. We stayed for one night, but that was honestly one too many. Just as we were about to go to bed, I spotted a huge cockroach scurrying across the ceiling #see pictures#. We immediately requested to be switched to another room. Thankfully, there were no issues with that. The second room was equally as rundown, but we didn't have time to fuss, as we had an early flight the next morning. To our dismay, we awoke to yet another cockroach visitor, this time next to my semi-open suitcase. #It is distressing to think I may have brought cockroaches home.# We complained to the front desk upon check-out, and the lady promised to talk to the manager regarding giving us extra IHG points. There was never an apology from the manager, nor did I receive any points. Very disappointed in the customer service. I never write reviews, but this was one experience I felt I needed to share.
