Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Service Experience We were delayed at the airport and I selected this property to stay at. From the start everyone was just short and unfriendly. I called to see how the shuttle worked and I was told to go yo a certain gate. I asked for additional directions and she said I can just walk until I find it. Then, when we checked in we were trying to get information on where to eat late at night. She barely helped us and started talking to someon else without ever actually answering our question. We did get upgraded (although they didn't say anything at check in). In the morning when I went to schedule the shuttle back to the airport the front desk employee was extremely rude and continued to question if I was going to be on time for the shuttle because it would leave without me. I had just checked out and had my stuff with me. It was by far one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. May 29, 2015
