Was nice for what we needed it for . The bed could be a little softer and the some air freshener could be used

Front desk staff was nice but the room and hotel have definitly seen better days. Floor in our room gave way in spots, bed was horrible, lots of run down shabby things that could have easily been fixed/spruced up. Not what I expect from IHG.
Disappointing and Broken Down

This Holiday Inn Express is outdated and broken. Upon arrival, we noticed the water fountains didn't work, the ice machine on our floor didn't work, and the men's bathroom in the lobby had many loose and broken parts. The floor tilted, and my suitcase rolled into the wall as I waited for the elevator. When we got off the elevator, the carpet was noticeably old and very dated. It felt like we were walking into the 1980s. When we got to our room, we immediately noticed a musty smell. The room was clean, but the appearance was just old and needed repairs. The shower worked well, and the bed was relatively comfortable. The breakfast was less than what we have had at other Holiday Inn Express locations, but it was fine.The hotel was in a very quiet location, even though it was right by the Interstate. With the number of hotel options in the area, we will not stay at this location again. It was disappointing, and it was not what we normally find when we book rooms at Holiday Inn Express hotels.

Hotel needs inspection by IHG. Doesn't meet the standards for an IHG property. Out-of-service: waffle maker, water fountains, ice machine, luggage cart (only one available and it was trashed). Desk chair in room had a brown stain in the center of the seat bottom that appeared to fecal matter. Couch on ground floor by the elevator stained & unsightly. Entire facility had a musty, chemical smell. Front desk would not provide a copy of the bill upon checkout.

This is by far the worst HI Express I have ever stayed at. The front desk evening clerk was abysmal at customer service. The room had peeling paint, cracked floor tiles, no hair dryer and the air unit was atrocious. If I could give it zero stars I would

Disappointed with all the areas of hotel needing repair water fountains, restroom men’s downstairs not working. Paint peeling from ceiling inside room. Dead shrubs out Fri t of hotellll

This hotel has sadly not well taken care of. I was quite frankly shocked This is one of the worst Holiday Inn hotels I have stayed in - and I stayed at 4 just that week. Warped floors, doors that don’t close and broke tiles in foyer and bath just to name a few. Lobby bathrooms weren’t working and we were told they “don’t have maintenance” so they would just place an”out of order” sign. Would not stay at this property again.

This hotel was probably a nice one back in the day. The front desk staff needs training on how to greet guests as I was shuffled through without any friendly words spoken. The room was pretty clean except the mold in the caulking in the shower. There was also some leak rings on the ceiling both in the main room and bathroom.

We've stayed at this place over a dozen times over the last four years. It used to be good, everything working except the pool.
This is not the case anymore. The snacks are being phased out at the front desk. The breakfast area drink machine was out of order. The water fountains are out of order, as was the ice machine on our floor. The pool was disgusting and should have been swimmable when the weather is in the 80s. I was not asked if I wanted points or a snack upon arrival, nor was my status acknowledged. I had to ask the next morning if my points were automatically put in my account. The man said they do it manually, and that he was two weeks behind doing that. Not a good sign of the quality of employees they have there now.
This isn't the place it used to be. The room was comfortable and clean, and we slept fine. However, we stayed at a different hotel on the way home from this trip. This used to be our favorite because of the location, but it no longer is.

One of the best night sleep of my life, the customer service went above and beyond. The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. Will book again in the future
