Stayed here based on the high review ratings that we found. The facility exceeded all of our expectations. Staff was friendly, room was great, shower was awesome, breakfast was fresh and plentiful. All around great experience

I had a really pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kernersville. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable—exactly what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth and efficient. My room was well-kept, the bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax.
Although the TV in my room wasn’t working, I didn’t report it at the time because I was more interested in just unwinding and getting some rest. It didn’t affect my overall experience, but I mention it here in case it helps for future maintenance checks.
The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and I left feeling refreshed. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and restful stop in the area.
False Advertisement and Lack of Follow Through

I stayed here for a couple of night’s for my little cousin’s graduation. The accommodations are fine but the TVs did not work AGAIN. I stayed just three months prior in February and they also were not working then. When I called the front desk, we were advised that they had been “having issues with the TVs since the storm.” I have no clue what storm
They were referencing but i informed them that i had a similar issue with the tv not streaming NOR the live tv working three months prior as well. I was offered to switch rooms but the front desk clerk shared that she did not know which TVs worked or not until someone attempted to stream on them. I had other family members staying at the property who also had complaints of the TVs not working. This appears to be an ongoing issue that they are not attempting to resolve, yet they are advertising this service. We shared these concerns again upon checkout. At first they were hesitant to help saying we needed to speak to the manager who was outside speaking to the owner. We waited for nearly 10 minutes before I had to say “respectfully, please go get your manager or the owner because I would like to believe if a customer is expressing concerns the owner would like to know about it so this should be prioritized.” Finally, they called him to come in right away. We explained the issue to the manager, Tristan, who said he would personally go check the TVs and discount our stay. However, we checked out 4 days ago now and received no follow up from Tristan, NOR did we receive any discount to our bill to accommodate the inconvenience of their false advertisement. As a personal consumer and travel advisor, I will certainly not be booking with this hotel again and certainly NOT booking my clients at this location or possibly within the brand.

As a member you’re supposed to be able to have a late check out at 2 o’clock, but they would not honor it and I’ve never tried to use it before ,this was the first time I tried to use and they did not honor it and I needed it this time.

I came to stay here after recovering from surgery and had an amazing stay. The staff was so kind and helpful - from the person who checked us in to the breakfast attendants to the housekeepers! The smart TVs in the room were delightful and made my recovery process more ideal. Additionally, the little screens in the elevator added a nice touch with the weather and fun facts! I loved it here and will definitely be coming back!!

I enjoyed my stay here while in Greensboro. Room was nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. I was even able to get a later check out with no problem. My family enjoyed the pool. Everything was nice.

Staff was right on the ball. Couple of small issues were attend to immediately Your front dest employee I think her name was Devon was so helpful. My wife had a very bad nose bleed and Devon went into the kitchen and got us ice in a plastic glove, and it really helped. Thank you

Google maps sends you to the old HIE location, so use the Wendy’s as a landmark. Check in was nice, someone that appears to like their job. The room was clean/new and organized nicely. Beds sleep well, they are firm but that’s what we prefer. I didn’t hear a lot of noise outside our room aside from someone above us. Breakfast was a good selection. Most hotels pared down during Covid and remained that way, but there were plenty of choices that actually tasted good. The breakfast attendant was on top of everything! No empty trays and always cleaning. Cinnamon rolls were awesome! There is construction next door but we didn’t hear it and the surrounding area is quiet. We will probably be back since we now have family in the area.

Holiday Inn Express Kernersville was a delight. The staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast selection was awesome and the room was comfortable and clean. I've spent a lot of time in hotels over my life and this one was probably the best stay at a hotel ever.

Hello,
I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding team at this location. The General Manager, Tristen, has a wonderful personality and leads by example—where he can be seen walking the property to ensure everything is in order or inspecting the elevators to make sure the doors are spotless and the floors are clean and fresh-smelling. Devlyn at the front desk is equally impressive—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The breakfast bar attendant is also very attentive and ensures guests are well taken care of.
We’ve stayed here a few times, and the rooms are consistently fresh and clean. Thank you for another great stay!
