Staff were lovely, especially the breakfast staff. Very good location for access to Westminster at that cost. Only 20 mins walk or quick tube travel.

Very friendly staff and comfortable hotel rooms. Room was very clean with sheets and towels changed daily.

My husband and I visited this hotel in early February - mainly for a work course for him and a tag along for me. Hotel is well situated in Pimlico within walking distance of many tourist attractions and theatres. Easy access to Victoria Station. Cannot fault this hotel, staff and amenities were excellent. Breakfast was excellent, once we found the location (Downstairs lower level). Took advantage of a go bag to have a snack while exploring. Our requests were met, close to a lift for mobility issues late checkout as we were getting a tea time train back to Gatwick. Only downside is that there is no restaurant on-site but you can have a little drink in the foyer. To be fair due to the location this is more a business hotel but there was a warm welcome and the staff were very accommodating when children were staying. We have suggested that the course organisers put this hotel on their 'preferred' list. Hope to return during the summer.

Located a few mins walk from Pimlico tube (only 5 stops from Euston). It's a pleasant walk to Vauxhall bridge where you can walk along the Thames towards Parliament. There's some nice eateries within a few mins walk in both directions. Victoria Stn is walkable too. Hotel rooms are very very small and minimalist. There is no chair or table. There's no units or drawers at all, just a small bedside shelf and a ledge with the tea tray under the TV. We hung clothes on the open style hangers but lived out of the suitcase on the heavily stained carpet otherwise. The carpet was heavily stained all over. There was barely any unstained carpet visible. I have reported this to the hotel. We found the bed comfortable. Towels were replaced on our 2nd day even though we'd left them hanging. Breakfast was as expected and just as in all other UK HI Express hotels.

Excelente quarto para os padrões de Londres. Confortavel, limpo, com localização excelente. Atendimento muito cordial, educado e eficiente por parte de todos os funcionarios. Cafe da manha muito bom.
The room at LG with dirty carpet

The room was not ready when we arrived after check-in time (20 min waiting). Our room was at LG level with dirty carpet. LG is okay, if I can choose it during reservation and pay less for that. But there is only one class: standard room. If You are lucky, You can have nice clean upper level room with the same price than LG without view. I discussed with the reception person and she said ”sorry, thats your room and we are planning to renew the carpets at LG.
The location is nice and the lady at breakfast room was great :)

We stayed overnight here in March and were disappointed in the hotel. We came to check in and waited almost 20 minutes for a staff member to come to the front desk. There was no note stating they were helping a guest/staff, or would be back in a moment. Once we were checked in and went up to our room to find a less than ideal cleaned room. Carpet had stains all over the place. The bedding even had some dirt stains on it. Luckily, we were only in the room to sleep basically as it’s so tiny. I have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Express hotels and this was not up to the standard the hotel chain usually has. I would suggest finding a different hotel in the same price range unless you just need somewhere to sleep.

Not a Holiday Inn Experience

Checked in Sunday night 3/16/25 and the night auditor was nice and helped with luggage up the stairs.
Took a shower and the water was not draining, toilet wouldn’t flush without trying 5-6 times.
Told the morning shift receptionist ( young lady) who would only say “I’ll tell maintenance and you need to flush numerous times.”
Asked for coffee creamer from the evening receptionist (guy) and he was rude and acted bothered we didn’t get from breakfast that morning. No refrigerator in room to hold the milk if gotten from breakfast.
Still issues with standing water in shower and not resolved but eh time we checked out on 3/21.
Ask asked the morning lady for toilet paper as we were out. She said I’ll send housekeeping, who never came. We had to go to the kitchen/ breakfast area and ask the lady there who was more than happy to assist us with getting a roll of toilet paper. She was the ONLY positive about this hotel. I want to say her name was Rena. She was always smiling and greeting everyone.

On check out I told the night anyhow bad the stay was and that we had complained to the front desk.
