Booked king size bed arrived at room and it was 2 full sized beds. Staff did nothing. Manager was supposed to contact me and didn't. Rooms are nice and clean just the lack of care from hotel staff had me uneasy

I am an above the knee amputee. My 1st night I did not get a mobility access room as reserved but a room for the deaf or blind. The front desk said there weren't any access rooms available. The bed was great.
Next day I was moved to a mobility access room. The bed was worn and was breaking down. There was a dead roach next to the fridge. Shower access was fair but needed another hand hold at the outboard corner above the seat. I had a wheelchair so I was able to transfer successfully. Without the wheelchair I would have significant risk for a fall.
Week very unpleasant

Ordered handicapped room, wife in wheelchair chair.
Got hearing handicapped room, no hand rails, high bed, no door stop, and no rails in shower
Room rugs, floor, shower and vanity not cleaned in 5 days.
Toilet and face tissues and hand soap not replaced in four days.
Room not cleaned at all one day and got towels for one on another day.
Because of high bed my wife pulled a muscle trying to get into and move on bed
Front desk both said they would tell manager, but haven’heard from anyone
Leaving I was given two comp days

No complaints except for the shower and closing breakfast around 10. Went there after close and got a look, tried to go back and get some one before the food was tossed and everything was shut. Other then that no issues
Comfortable bed and great products in the bathroom!! Wonderful shower!!!

I highly recommend this as a great place to stay, worry free!! Wonder pool and the complimentary breakfast was great!!!! Customer service was wonderful!!! The beds were AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE!!! Now I'm trying to find the EXACT MATTRESS FOR MY HOME!!!! The cost was very acceptable, too!!! Couldn't ask for a better location!!! Everything you need is within a few miles!!! I absolutely enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning soon!!!!

The employee crystal who worked from three p m to eleven p m was by far the best employee at that hotel. She went above and beyond to make sure that my daughter as well
As other children and families enjoyed their stays.

"My recent one-night stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. Overall, I'd say the experience was decent, with many positive aspects. The hotel itself was quite nice, and the general atmosphere was outstanding. However, I did encounter a significant issue that affected my sleep.
Unfortunately, there was considerable noise coming from the adjacent room throughout the night. The constant coming and going, along with the associated noises, made it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. Because it was only a one night stay, I did not inform the hotel management.
Aside from the noise issue, everything else was very good. The hotel was clean, and the staff that I interacted with were polite. So, if you are looking for a hotel with a good overall experience, this hotel is fine.
Absolutely the BEST restful night.

From the time walking in the front door to the greeting at the front desk I love everything about this hotel. Every time we stay at Holiday Inn Express in Morehead City we are greeted with warmth and so friendly. It's clean, smells fresh and the bed sleeps so good.
The breakfast is AWESOME and the COFFEE oh my goodness is so good. I look forward to going back to stay before we walk out the door after we checkout. The manager Ricky is great and Colby so kind.
I can't wait to get back here at Holiday Inn Express to spend some more quality time. We usually go to Morehead to do a little fishing and always stay here at Holiday Inn Express, but even if the fish are not really biting and we not catching any we don't care we just happy to spend our road trip here at Holiday Inn Express in Morehead City NC.

The staff was great. Requested a ground floor room and the staff had it waiting for me. Clean room, good breakfast, and comfortable bed. Will stay here again next trip to MHC.

This hotel room was full of bed bugs. We got in late and had to change hotels at 3 am due to the bed bugs. The manager the next am gave us points for the inconvenience then IHG erased them. So really I received nothing for the inconvenience. I’m done dealing with IHG as a whole and their sucky customer service. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
