I went to check out and told front desk to email me my statement, they never did. I called and a rude lady told me to hang up and call back to here how to request it. I will never stay at this hotel again. I will notify CONCUR also and ask them to remove the hotel. Your hotel makes it impossible for us to get our statement to do our expense reports. This is horrible service.

Great location, great staff, great rooms.

Jordan at front desk made me feel really welcome. All staff were very helpful. Hotel guests were friendly and polite, which I think is a reflection of everyone being pretty happy because the hotel experience is good. Great location. Really nice rooms. Parking was convenient. I would stay here again and look forward to it. Breakfast options are meh, but it's better than nothing.

This was our second stay in two years to get a break from a power outage. This time it was because of a tornado that come through just a few blocks away. We are so grateful for this hotel, the management and staff. It is clean and well managed, and they were kind, compassionate, and helpful. We are very grateful that our dogs could be with us so they could also get a break from the stress of heat and disaster response and recovery noise at home. It has been a difficult week dealing with tornado damage assessment and recovery, but you helped us get through the stress. Thank you!

This property was affected by a power failure during our stay, starting the 3rd night of our stay and continuing into day 4. Prior to that the hotel common areas were under construction, so breakfast was limited and uncomfortable, lobby bathrooms were closed, etc.
The handling of the power outage was horrible:
1) IHG did not notify us before it got dark that power was out. We moved out in the dark. No generator.
2) Emergency lighting was very ineffective. They used glow sticks to light most of the hallways, and had no lighting in the parking garage.
3) Staff gave zero assistance in finding rooms at other hotels, & zero assistance in removing luggage from rooms without lights or elevators.
4) No refund yet of points, but it looks like they are trying to charge me for the 3rd night.

May Be Cheapest in Area - Get What You Pay For

Hotel is in middle of renovation. Poor quality breakfast. Theft on property not caught on camera due to non-operational security cameras. Might as well have slept in a parking lot with all the parties noises and no regulation from the hotel staff.

Understaffed. No service. Very small dirty rooms. Broken shower door. Low water pressure in sink. Toewls stained. NO extra towels at check in. Rude front desk staff. Owner taking advantage of this location, very poorly managed and very poorly run.

An amazing staff in very and comfortable rooms. Like most hotels, I do wish there were some healthier options for breakfast. The TV doesn't include any apps like Netflix which would have been very helpful while traveling with kids. However, overall the staff was awesome and the rooms were comfortable.

Staff was amazing. Location is perfect for restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable rooms. Only downside was parking if you drive a truck.

Stayed for a concert. Was greeted by Dan and was recognized as a gold member. Staff answered questions and were super polite. Only complaint is I wish they had microwaves in the rooms. Even the grab and go breakfast was good.
