Hello Holiday Inn team!
We had an absolutely amazing experience at Holiday Inn Resort in Mobor, South Goa! From the moment we arrived, everything felt just right for a relaxing family holiday.
A big thank you to Neshal and her team, who gave us such a warm welcome during check-in. She patiently explained all the resort facilities, dining options, and made sure we had everything we needed. She even offered us a great deal on the buffet dinner, which we thoroughly enjoyed that evening!
Breakfast at the Zest Kitchen was a daily highlight — especially thanks to Seeya who took personal care of us every morning. Her warm and friendly approach made us feel truly cared for. Thanks for your amazing hospitality Seeya.
Traveling with kids isn’t always easy, but the resort made it feel effortless. Room service happily provided fresh khichadi for our little one whenever we asked, and we really appreciated that thoughtful support.
What truly touched us was the surprise birthday cake arranged in our room for my wife’s birthday. It was such a sweet gesture — the cake was delicious, and the surprise made her day even more special. Thank you so much, Nashell, for your kindness and the personal touch you brought to our stay. It genuinely felt like we were staying with family.
To the entire Holiday Inn Resort team — thank you for taking such good care of us. Your attention to every little detail and your warm hospitality made our stay truly memorable.

Resort is beautiful with large & lush Greens, Exclusive, Clean & Uncrowded Beach, Beach side Restaurant. Large Under The Sky Swimming Pool, Good Food. Trained & Courteous staff. Comfortable Spacious Rooms. Great Place to Unwind & Relax.

I had a truly pleasant stay. What stood out most was the excellent dining experience; the variety, and taste. A special mention goes to the entire food and beverage team, whose service was truly outstanding especially Siya, Praveen, Larissa. They were attentive, professional, and always went the extra mile. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort paired with outstanding culinary service!

Our stay at Holiday Inn Resort Goa was excellent.
At first, we got room next to St.Regis Hotel, where there was wedding going on and loud music. When complaining to the Duty Manager, Valfern, this got quickly changed on the day to the other side of the Resort.
Everything after this was excellent, from staff at reception led by Valfern, to the staff at Zest Cafe where we were spoilt for choice and had the best time and experience. The staff at Zest Cafe were excellent and looked after us well, led by Chef Praserjit, Anthony and Radhe.
We enjoyed our stay and will be back hopefully soon!

I along with my wife and daughter enjoyed our stay at the property. We were very well taken care by people there. Although some work needs to be done at the checkin as it looks like very imature and the duty manager never seen there but the same was very well compensated by Prashant Pawar, Deepti and Seeya. They made us feel at home. Special mention to Chef Prasenjit for cooking what i wanted. room cleaniness was excellent. overall a fab experience.

I booked 13 rooms at this property from 3 - 6th May, 2025. Booking manager treated us as if are approaching him with begging bowls. None of the commitments made while accepting the booking were fulfilled.
Don't want to waste my time and energy on such guys.
we made full advance payment even before we entered the property. till today, i am struggling to get invoice of this stay not to mention of the points to my membership.
i was diamond elite till december and going forward will stay at IHG properties only to redeem my points.

Family friendly rooms N Staff as well as Good Service. Beach connectivity is excellent we can go n Enjoy.
Sports activities need to improve and add on few games like TT and Basket ball N Badminton etc

I must highlight Viny, Siya, Arafaan & Clariton for their excellent hospitality.Their professional and kind nature made us feel like i have choosen right property for vaactation . Else nice, neat & clean property with calm & peacful beach

FAN is not available and Food is ok but my vegetarian friends didn't like Veg Food. In Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner needs to give some Gujarati Touch for Gujarati Peoples.

Wow....keep up the good work guys.....even though the temperature was very hot in Goa, it gave us the feeling that we were at home.
some times it just takes just one person to turn the tables around....A big thank you goes out to Ms Binita Singh.
The positive energy and relentless effort to go out of her way really made the difference, for us she was the good ambassador carrying the resort on the her wings...many thanks once again and will certainly see u guys shortly during the rainy season.
Overall stay is very good, except the daily breakfast

Daily breakfast needs major attention. It needs harder look:
- Majority of South Indian items were either undercooked, overcooked or dry
- egg items made to order are not good
- Filter Coffee served had curdled milk and there was no frost
We did complained about this on 1st day of our stay, but no change on 2nd and 3rd day. This is very important meal for everyone and starting day with bad food just spoils it.
We really thought of walking outside and have some food from street.
In room dining of Biryani was salty.
Food from beach side grill is awesome. That was our saviour.
Resort room, facility and everything else is awesome.

Our stay in this resort was truly memorable. Resort is big, rooms are spacious and clean. It is a well maintained property. I would like to thank each and every member of this resort for making our stay worthwhile. Beach access is a gem.
Food and Beverages were very good. We always had some fixed and some changing menu in the buffet. Never got bored of the food as we tried all the restaurants in the resort. Fig and Olive is also good for some delicious Italian cuisine. I want to specially thank Siya, Rahul, Deepthi if I am right.. for always being there to check if our stay was fine and if we need something.
We are want to recommend the spa in this resort. Very good recommendation for a relaxing and soothing experience. Overall it was a good stay for a week. Next time in Goa there is no other place we want to stay. I will also try to book this group of hotels even if we are travelling out of India.
