Since we had no air conditioning that worked in our rooms, a jacuzzi that had no hot water, a pool that was not heated and a restaurant that was not operating, I would definitely not recommend this hotel until renovations are made.

No AC and my room was in the 80s at night
None of the electrical outlets worked
Ice machine did not work on my floor
Pool was cold
Staffing was rude
Property was not clean
Things are run down
Bed was hard
Never stay in this Dump

Place has no Air Conditioning. Weeds growing all over the property. Doors do not open or close on the patio correctly. Ice machine was broken. Complimentary Coffee in lobby was not fresh and was cold when we went in the morning for a cup.
Stay for Location Only and Not for Long

We only needed to stay one night and I'm glad it was only one night. I wish I could leave a raving review but this hotel needs help and work. First the AC does not work, they don't tell you that until check in. Thankfully they put us on a lower level in the shade and our window did open decently so it cooled down in the night. Second their spa wasn't even heated and that was never mentioned. Third, turning on our shower was so difficult, the faucet was partially broken and very old but we finally figured out how to work it. The pros were the beds were clean, towels were clean and water hot. Also the staff was very friendly and available. We also loved the location as it is right next to the Village so
you can walk to all the shops and restaurants. If this hotel had some things updated it truly would be a great place to stay, but I would not recommend.

The property does not have working air conditioning for rooms, and they keep saying they will fix it, but it wasn't. The property doesn't have the restaurant they show online, and the hours are very specific. Staff is not very friendly. Would not recommend staying here.

The AC didn't work, and although they promised someone would come look, no one did -- and I heard a front desk person explain to someone else at checkin that they have a very old system that basically doesn't work, so I guess none of it works. Would totally be fine if there were windows to let air in, or if the sliding door had a screen or something to stop my toddler from running out the door and possibly off a balcony, but no dice. Every night was a stuff hot mess. Water in tub wouldn't get hot, not even warm, which... is not great with a toddler. Pool was FREEZING even the hot tub, which... again, never even got warm. The pool has about 6 gates, but 5 of them were welded shut, chained shut, bolted shut, etc., and I couldn't find a way in. When I went to front desk, she sort of snorted at me like I was an idiot who didn't know "you have to use your room key" and told me I was wrong about there being locks beyond the room key scanner. Even though there were literal chains, bolts, and WELDED SHUT gates. Housekeeping never came, which is awful with a toddler, again. Actually they came the first day while we were gone, but only emptied our garbage and took a stack of three clean and folded towels we had, leaving us with none. And honestly three was already too few for a family of four. All around, pretty disappointing.

This hotel has AC issue for years. Room is above 80 degree. Please don't go.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice when we arrived and greeted us with generosity. However that's where it ended. The room on the second floor had no working air conditioning, the pool was dirty and had no towels. There was even a stain on the sheet on the bed.

I encountered a problem with ac in my room bought to the attention of the manger Deron Lane it was not addressed. upon my attempt to check out Imencountered a problem there was no one at the front desk from 8:20 thru 8:49 I called the front desk from my cell phone and it rang at least 20 times no answer I tried to find staff in the hallway at restaurant no one I found a housekeeping person who tried to help she got her superior who also was unable to locate anyone I dropped my keys in box and left there were other who were attempting to check with front desk all left. Unacceptable additional B in the restaurant window major and minor health violations .

So we are sitting in the dark because of a planned power outage that we were not notified of or at the very least we could have been told at check in so we could've bought a lantern, flashlights something so were aren't pooping in the dark or having 2 freaked out kids who need a nightlight or TV to fall asleep.... I'm very disappointed and feel we should be partially compensated for Friday June 20, 2025 stay.
