Lugu Lake is surrounded by mountains. The towering Goddess Mountain of Gemu is high on the bank of the lake. The winding mountain of Houlong is embedded in the center of the lake, forming Lugu Lake shaped like a horse's hooves.

‌ The early morning Lig Peninsula is shrouded in morning fog, just like a small house jasper, with a mysterious veil, the scenery is looming, just like a fairy-land.

The sole cable car in Lugu Lake, the Gemu Goddess Cave Cable Car, is situated on the highest sacred mountain in the entire Lugu Lake area, known as Mount Gemu Goddess.

The Grass Sea is a highland ecological wetland, home to 37 species of aquatic plants and 42 species of rare birds. It is known as the "Gallery of Highland Aquatic Plants" and the "Grand Biological Garden." The area boasts lush water plants, plump fish and shrimp, making it a haven for waterfowl and a paradise for visitors.

Daluo Village is divided into two parts: upper and lower. In recent years, with the development of tourism, some modern dwellings have been built in the village, but it still maintains the traditional architectural style of all-wood structure, which is warm in winter and cool in summer.
