This hotel offered a great location, super clean, excellent staff that went above and beyond for our big group, food was delicious, the lobby/bar area was beautiful and a great place to hangout. Large room with comfortable beds. We will stay here again.

The staff was absolutely wonderful! One member who stood out was Brooklynn and I should probably include any kitchen staff behind the scenes. Because of the snow/ice during our stay Brooklynn was handling all of the patrons having dinner as well as bar patrons. She managed a very busy area while maintaining composure, friendly interactions and did it all with a smile.

Hotel Indigo is my go-to hotel when I come to Athens. Prime walking distance to downtown and UGA’s campus. The restaurant’s food is delicious and the waitstaff is friendly and attentive. The bed was so comfortable, I looked up the tag so I could find the brand to make a note to buy it next time I need a mattress!

Stayed here for a wedding but enjoyed everything about the hotel, nice lobby, nice and clean room, comfortable bed, and nice bars to have a drink, etc, which we had breakfast the morning of check out and it was very good, also great location to walk to any stores or restaurants in downtown Athens.
One of the best hotels is the area.

It would be perfect if not for the shower door that doesn’t close. Very clean room. Excellent restaurant with good food. All staff is friendly and professional.

Traveled to Athens for a concert and The Hotel Indigo was within walking distance to the venue. My wife and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years in many different states and countries and this one made us feel at home. We didn't want to leave. Best hospitality we have ever experienced.

We came for a memorial service for dear friends of ours. He was part owner of very well established accounting and C.P.A. firm in Athens. So not having to concern ourselves with lodging concerns was a burden that was relieved. We were very grateful.

This place never disappoints. So convenient to everything in downtown Athens. Staff is super friendly. Daila in the bar makes everything amazing! Even though we are not the highest of rollers that she attends to she always has a way of making us feel so special. She really is the reason we keep coming back. As long as we two old ladies can make it to Athens we’ll be staying with you. Blessings and Happy Holidays to you and your staff!

When I needed help from the front desk, no one could help me, and the young girls you have staffed there seemed lost and confused, if not on their phones. I needed a shuttle to get to my wedding at the Chapel of Athens. This was an expectation set via the Chapel and Hotel Indigo. I came down hours before to make sure this was set up. That afternoon when I came downstairs to have my bridesmaids and myself taken to the Chapel it was like I was speaking another language. Zero communication between your employees. The next morning upon checkout, I discovered my car was broken into in YOUR parking lot, accessible by key card. My flashers were left on because of this so my battery was dead. When I asked for help to jump my car, your staff responded with “uhhh I don’t know”
Seriously poor customer service. I would suggest hiring adults who can problem solve and help your guests.

The hotel is average but expected for the price. The location is good because it's close enough to the Atlanta airport and the MARTA is right around the corner. A fire alarm at 5 am didn't help, and the walls are pretty thin, but the bed was comfortable enough. A fine property for a one-night stay.

From check in to check out everything was well executed and well presented. The room, bar, location are all excellent. Perfect hotel to have access to downtown but not be kept up all night. Would recommend to anyone
