Very polite and friendly staff at this hotel and the restaurant. Service is excellent and made the stay enjoyable. We have been here twice now and we will be back in the next few months. Possibly with more family coming along.

We were greeted by a wonderful member of the staff at the desk, who was polite and helpful and is a great asset (Bianca). We enjoyed all the amenities and conveniences. The room was clean and had the perfect view of the pool and ocean. We will be booking here again!

A great hotel with a lazy river, hot tub, tiki bar and restaurant. Our stay at the Holiday Inn Resort at Pensacola Beach was excellent. Several employees went above and beyond in friendliness and helpfulness. Check in was quick and easy (wish I had the name of this lady).Our checkout was just as quick and easy. Bianca went the extra mile to print us a copy of our charges. That was very helpful to me as I work in Finance and like to check my numbers :).
The daily breakfast buffet was wonderful. Antonette kept a close watch on the food availability, while answering questions. She kept us updated on the breakfast offerings for the next morning. Additionally, she offered some advice about places to visit in the area.
Last but definitely not least, Patti was our favorite waitress. She was friendly, efficient and went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. We had our grandchildren with us and Patti became their favorite waitress also. She talked directly with them and made them feel special. She looked at their pictures (our granddaughter made 2 pictures just for Patti.) On one occasion, our grandson felt ill and couldn't stay for dinner. Patti wrote him a note saying she hoped he felt better soon. These are actions were OVER and ABOVE and we all loved it.
Thank you Holiday Inn for having awesome employees!. We have stayed there on 4 different occasions, and this was the first time we were WOWed.
Excellent family vacation spot with beautiful view

We were unsure how our stay was going to go based our first impression at the front desk. We stood in the line but when it was our turn we were ignored by two staff members who continued talking amongst themselves. A lady wearing a black shirt with tattoos on her arm and a red haired lady. After standing several minutes at the front of the line being unacknowledged a young lady named Alexandria came from the back and immediately greeted us. She was warm and welcoming and from that point on treated us like we were her personal guests. She took care of our every need and greeted us every morning. We had an incredible time at this property. We were given a gorgeous beachfront room upgrade because of our platinum status and had such a great time we didn’t want to leave. This will now be a property we visit yearly and we hope Alexandria will be there!

We stayed for only one night, but were very impressed. The lobby was decorated so festively, the front desk employee was amazingly friendly, and the view was terrific. It was almost 9 pm when we checked in, but the employee that checked us in was as friendly as could be. We loved the firepit with the swings around it and the hot tub. In the morning we walked the incredible white sand beach and admired the lazy river. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place. Great location and a lot of services offered. Very well managed. Only change I’d make would be the breakfast buffet. $20, and same thing every day.

We had an incredible time with our 2 kids ages 5 and 9 at this hotel. The front desk staff were accommodating and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and well taken care of. The lazy river was a hit with our kids. The beach was super easy to access and beautiful. We ate at the restaurant for a breakfast, lunch and dinner and all the food was great. It was a huge cost savings that kids eat free! There were many other restaurants and convenience stores walkable from the hotel.
