Clean comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The only reason I didn't give 10/10 is because my family was expecting a balcony room.

My son and I loved our stay. The staff was friendly, and the beach was beautiful. I could not keep him out of the pool with the lazy river. We love visiting this property.

We love this hotel because of the location, the people, the food, the beach, the tiki bar, and the lazy river. This hotel has everything anyone could possibly ask for when it comes to fun in the sun. Definitely recommend, you won’t regret it.

Was really impressed with this hotel , had its own section to the beach or other parts of the beach were near by. Room was clean, people at the front desk were polite and respectful. Everything was almost in walking distance. Will be using this hotel again in the future .

This hotel is a jaw dropping experience and I cannot reccpmend it enough. The room was spotless and the balcony had a view a painter would die for. Truly a magical vacation to celebrate a birthday.

What a nice hotel. Great location and fantastic service. We had the most relaxing vacation we could have asked for. The Food at the hotel was actually better than at the local restaurants we went to and prices were about the same.
The most fantastic thing about this hotel is the staff. Our servers, Sachet and Caroline, were AWESOME. They were attentive, friendly and wonderful. The bartender Blake was super.
There is no way to say enough about Matthew the Pool Steward. He greeted us every morning, helped get us settled, brought us towels and umbrellas, checked on us all day long and just made sure we were happy. Nat and Dan at the pool took over when Matthew was off and never missed a beat.
As far as Registration/Customer Service goes Rhema and Maria can't be beat. Personable, helpful and awesome.
Our housekeeper Katherine was just as fantastic as all the others. Attentive and efficent.
Have to give a shout out to Tristan, Beau, Devin, Sally, Alena and Hunter all of whom helped make our stay the best...

Great place to relax with beach access pool and spas tiki hut with drinks plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas do recommend pool side view

Amazing hotel! Punches above it's weight! Fantastic views, location, and amenities! Rooms are clean and updated, check in is seemless and easy! Multiple food and drink options on-site and nearby! Friendly staff! Amazing pools!

Everything was excellent the only thing that could use improvement was the bathroom. It had no fan and the lighting wasn't the best.

My overall experience here was just outstanding. The staff truly cared and everyone was so nice. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and the poolside was so comfortable. The beach walk, which was extremely close was so relaxing
