The hotel is under construction as for the hurricane so with the extra yravel to work and back every day I moved closer to work. The people where great and the restaurant has great food and spirits

I traveled to visit my son which lives in Pensacola. I had a great time with my family and even had Thanksgiving dinner at the diner.

I really enjoyed the outstanding customer service. Everyone I spoke to was super nice and friendly. The room was clean and nice. The only thing that was disappointing was the hot tubs not getting hot, just barely warm, and hot tub is my favorite part of staying. Over all happy and nice experience.

we stayed during trip home to MS from Disney.
was a nice stay even with construction and cold weather. employees were all very nice. we enjoyed the free breakfast, the food was excellent.

Everything is so awesome. If you want to stay in the states this is an awesome choice! We chose this hotel for our 50th anniversary! All the hotel staff and the restaurant staff are so amazing! Thank you Victoria, Lisa, Jordan, Logan and Megan for going the extra mile to give us a great experience!

Mary Katherine at the front desk was excellent! She was friendly, upbeat, and great to speak with each time we came to or passed the desk. We loved our room, the pool area, Christmas decorations, and the beach access. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay. We look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future. I highly recommend this property and staff.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they did a great job following safety protocols! Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived so they let us know we were free to use the restrooms to change and head out to the pool or the beach and they’d call us when it was ready! Everybody was really friendly and it was such a great experience! We can’t wait to go back!
