This is a very warm and welcoming place to stay. Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms and free breakfast and free shuttle service to the airport.

My experience was what I expected it to be. Relaxing and comfortable. Very convenient as far as proximity to the airport. The room and bathroom was clean and television channels was sufficient. The staff were helpful and very professional.

I was told that I would receive additional points for turning down housekeeping. Unfortunately, I didn't receive such points. I had written twice to the hotel, but received no response at all.
As a Platinum elite member, this is extremely disappointing.
First time at an AVID.

Great hotel that offers airport shuttle to DIA with extended parking, early breakfast items for guests catching early flights, and clean and quiet rooms.

Came in Late the young lady are the counter was delightful. Great service and clean and comfortable. Breakfast free and free shuttle.

Room was clean. Had to wait at the airport for over an hour for the shuttle. It was supposed to run every 30 minutes

Was very pleased with my stay. I eveything was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast.
