Where’s the shuttle?

Room was clean. Had to wait at the airport for over an hour for the shuttle. It was supposed to run every 30 minutes

Nice hotel with friendly staff members. Clean and comfortable rooms. Free breakfast and airport shuttle. Loved the workout room.

Was very pleased with my stay. I eveything was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We had a very early flight to catch the next morning.
The room was ok, but there was hair on the floor.
The bathroom was not clean. The shower had pink mildew in it and there was hair all over the bathroom floor, in the shower and sink.
It is a huge pet peeve of mine to go to a hotel and the bathroom is not clean.

Staff was rude and not respectful. Staff wasn't readily available at the front desk. Shuttle service was horrible, waited over an hour before another shuttle service agreed to take us to the hotel. We called 3 times, and every time were told our driver would be there in 5 minutes.

The hotel seems very new. Loved the set up. Cool colors and designs. The lights are key controlled. So saving energy. Nice little indoor pool for relaxing not laps. Very nice equipment in the workout room

Room was nice, but a bit small. The restroom could REALLY use a good cleaning; there was what appeared to be blood splatters above the shower head and high up on the shower walls. Caked on shampoo and hand soap going down the adjacent areas….just icky. In the morning, there was an active water leak in the ceiling of the lobby. It was leaking for well over an hour and we saw staff repeatedly walk around the growing puddle. Only when a customer complained did they put out a caution sign. The breakfast was not good and the coffee area was filthy.

I’ve never stayed at an avid hotel before and it was lovely all around. My only complaint is that they charge for parking a car even on the night you stay at the hotel. It is a huge outdoor parking lot with several hotels on the property. I understand paying for “long term” parking while not at the hotel, but not for the nights you stay in the hotel.
Beware of thin walls

The hotel was a little smaller than I am used to but overall, for the price, was not bad. The location is perfect for wanting to be near the airport but far away enough that it isn't overly congested (if you're driving). It was just me staying in the room so it was ample space with enough places to keep my luggage and things for the one night I stayed. So it worked for me and was convenient for my intent of having a place to stay for the night and getting to the airport early enough to pick some friends up that I was meeting.
There was plenty of parking on their private lot, so I'm not entirely sure why there would be a daily parking fee. It's a small fee though. Originally it was stated the daily fee was stated at the time of booking as $10 but the sign at the hotel stated $12 which is confusing and inconsistent. Either way, it isn't a large fee but still not sure why it was necessary since there was quite a bit of parking available.
The sound though! The walls are thin. I have to sleep with the TV on so I hope I was considerate enough to keep it on a low enough volume it wasn't annoying through the walls. In the early morning hours of 4am, I believe the guests in the room next to mine were getting up and were extremely loud. I could practically make out their whole conversation.
Cleanliness was okay overall but there were some questionable water spots which is not bad at all. The TV remote had some crusty stuff on it as did some of the switches but thank goodness I travel with sanitary wipes to clean it off myself although that's not something I should have to do. The lobby was nice and they have a free grab and go coffee and breakfast which was nice since I was in a hurry that morning. They also had a water and ice station in the hall. I stayed on the first floor so I can't say much about the higher up floors, elevators, view, etc.
Overall, not a bad hotel for the price but not entirely what I'm used to. The only reason I take a star off is for the thin walls and minor uncleanliness. Other than being awoken by loud neighbors the bed was comfy enough.
Great hotel but bad coffee

Really loved this place for the charging ports by the bed that really worked and the new rain shower head that provided the most warm relaxing showering experience. Unfortunately the new coffee machines IHG has installed somehow turn fresh coffee beans into undrinkable weak coffee. So we just needed to leave the hotel to find coffee.
