I am and always happy to stay at one of your IHG hotels across Canada and truly the the quiet and convenience of the kitchenette is key for me! Always pleasant staff and front desk always cater to any questions and resolve any issues promptly

The room and hotel are good but when I stayed here I forgot some expensive shampoo and conditioner the morning I left. I called about 20 minutes after leaving and said I could return if needed to get it but I was staying there again in 2 days. Since I was coming back they offered to get my items and hold them for me at the front desk until I came back. When u returned they claimed house keeping couldn’t find my items and there is nothing they could do about it. The items were sitting in the shower in plain view so it was obviously a lie. It’s unfortunate because I was willing to drive back and grab them if they didn’t assure me they would hold onto them. I believe they threw my stuff out without care or they took them which is even worse. Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal but the bottles are worth 60 and 45 dollars. When questioned about it, staff had no interest in trying to resolve the issue and I still haven’t heard from management.

Would recommend based on the ease of checking in, the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast options were pretty good and the staff were very friendly!

Good, clean rooms, good service. Location is right off 401. Candlewood Suites and Holiday Inn Express are in same building.

The property itself is large and very clean. All front staff personal were very friendly and outgoing.
The rooms are very nice as well, Large TV and comfy beds. The shower pressure is good but it took awhile for the hot water to come on.
Breakfast...It's not free , it costs $10 but it is definitely worth it!
Free Coffee 24 hr's a day is a nice touch.
There is not much of a view in the rooms as the Hotel is an industrial area. BUT.....there so many places to eat and shop close by including Costco.
We for sure will be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The front desk staff were super friendly and attentive. And our room was very clean. It was so quiet that I was able to get a great nights sleep.
Definitely a great price and worth it!
