We stayed at avid the night before flying out, took advange of the airport shuttle, and when we returned back to nashville we stayed another night. We traveled with 4 adults and a two year old. Avid hotel Nashville Airport is by far my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. It was so clean and the staff were really friendly. The beds were comfy and the shower nozzle has a misting option, don't knock it till you try it because it was AWESOME. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and will definetly being staying here in the future.

Excellent experience! I stayed two nights at the hotel - one planned and one unexpected, and both were delightfully accommodating. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the shuttle was from the airport and for the expanded hours throughout the day and night, especially as I have found that many other hotels where I have stayed have shortened shuttle hours. I will definitely be returning to avid in Nashville, and I'll consider the brand more highly when looking for hotels in other areas.

What made this place remarkable was the staff in the front desk!!!!!!!!!. Extremely friendly,only con I can think of is the room was a bit small :(

Overall the hotel was clean, staff was nice, and the price was reasonable. We checked in late into the evening from a flight and decided to give this hotel name a try for the first time. The odor of the room smelled of a smoking room and of marijuana. We immediately left the room to grab dinner since it was soo late and go straight to bed as we had an early turnaround. The beds were comfortable but the smell alone is what discourages us from booking in the future.

Do not go here. The service is very terrible. It was absolutely ridiculous. It’s clean and it is close to the airport but the service is just poor and there’s lots of other competition in the area that would treat you way better.

Great atmosphere absolutely loved the professionalism and customer service skills of the welcoming staff. Housekeeping was phenomenal. I absolutely loved the brand named Dove body wash hand soaps and shampoo and conditioner. The visit here made me want to stay additional nights but until next time.

Staff we very welcoming upon arrival. There was no wait when checking in and everything was explained very well; including the restaurant that was next door. She even included the times they were open. The room was extremely clean and had all of the amenities needed.

Myself and my daughter were only there for one night on our way back home to Wisconsin. The staff was very nice! The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and very nice to see Dove products in the bathroom.

We stayed here last night for the Coldplay concert and it was wonderful! The room was SO clean, smelled amazing and the GM let us pick which floor we wanted to stay on. Check in was smooth, and the GM, Nathanial, was super welcoming. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay right outside the city, THIS is the place to go. An uber downtown from the hotel is only $20. They have 24/7 coffee and the grab and go breakfast in the morning was super yummy after a long night out.
I highly recommend this hotel!

Our stay was very enjoyable! The room was comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the hotel ambiance is relaxing. The room was cool and quiet and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was just a short drive away from the airport. I’d recommend it to everyone!
Comfortable bed. Good grab and go breakfast.

Very comfortable and clean. Very convenient to Opry Mills and surrounding areas. Would definitely stay there again.
